"body": "The lights never seem to work in the private cabins. Sometimes the blanket provided is not big enough to cover the entire body. The bus driver was driving the bus extremely rashly in my most recent journey and it was terrible. Also the notifications sent by this dumb app from it's dumb developers are so numerous that the it annoys you. and if you turn of the notifications and open the app it would keep pestering you to turn on notifications so that it bother you in the middle of the night.",

The bus driver didn't stop the bus at the designated pickup point—not even for five minutes—and simply drove off. The company neither refunded the fare for the trip nor arranged for me to travel on a subsequent bus. This is a fraudulent company; they are a greedy outfit that simply pockets people's money for seats. Intercity plays fast and loose with people's sentiments.",
