  1. 4/5Good but could be more functional on watch

I enjoy the amount of detail that I am able to incorporate in workouts though this app. Great directions and ease of use on app. However, it could be more user friendly on the watch by: -Being able to save workouts -being able to choose workouts -having a watch face icon, accessible from a main screen

  2. 5/5Makes workouts easy + quick

I LOVE working out and forming my own training sessions, but most of the times it’s a huge hassle to set up a timer and stay motivated. This HIIT timer is easy to set up and customize, and allows you to listen to music while working out. The app tells you what move is next, how much longer you have, and counts down the last five seconds of each move- life saver!!! It also tracks what days you workout/don’t (rest days rockkk) and gives you several workouts for FREE when you download. No reason not to!! Plus workouts are super fast but leaves you with a burn for several days! Highly recommend!!

  3. 1/5Highly annoyed

This used to be my favorite app to train with. I’d use it for clients, classes, and my own training. The past several months it no longer continues to play my music in the background. I’ve always had the same setting on it to allow ‘background’ music to continuously play and every time I open the app, my music stops. After going back to my music app and pressing play again, and going back to the app, the music stops again. I paid for the premium and this is highly disappointing since I switched apps because the the other timer app I used did a similar thing.

  4. 4/5Very interesting and unique.

This app is much more fun and interesting than the timer app that comes with the phone. Interval timer talks to you, dings when it counts down to five. And lets you play your music while you’re exercising or doing any other chore that you want to keep track of. It’s overall a very well thought out app!

  5. 3/5Keeps you moving

I really have enjoyed this app. Something's I'd like to see improved or changed: -ability to skip or go back to potions of workout -more user friendly when navigating. I feel like there is a lot of unnecessary toggling. -better preloaded workouts. I appreciate the help, but they are just run of the mill exercises that don't really push many intermediate/advances exercises. All and all, I'm happy with it.

Coming at you with a new release for the new year, chalk full of juicy bug fixes. - Fixed an issue where music you select for a specific workout doesn't save, or play, or just plain work at all. - Workouts that start with a rest period now honor the sacred laws of rests, specifically not playing music if you so please. - The Activity log now records the actual workout you just completed, instead of always recording the last one you selected. - Starting right now, the app will once again save the recently selected workout, instead of always switching back to 60-min. We know you love the 60-min workout, but not that much. Thanks for making Intensity one of the top interval training workouts on the app store!
