1. 1/5Too complicated by them to make something easier

   They think are working with brazilian regulations. There are other simple apps and easier ways to send money. It takes 10 days to transfer money from your account to Inter account, besides they cancel your transaction because they found 2 profiles (one that I really created and it is being used and OTHER that they copied when created the new app, that for me it is open for fraud since the other app is no longer valid, I didn't ask to copy my data), why they copied profiles? I don’t feel safe with my data copied cross apps. There are plenty of apps with no stress to send money and they don't create one app today, another tomorrow, instead make proper update.

2. 2/5You get what you pay for

   Super easy to open an account but man everything else runs like molasses. When you try to chat you talk to a robot. When you call them you talk to a person that acts like a robot. You send a transfer and it takes almost 2 weeks to arrive which makes you go into a panic. Then on a Monday at 7am it arrives. Why couldn’t it have arrived on Friday to save me from another anxiety ridden weekend? You try to pay a bill and it takes 24 hrs to find out if your request to raise your daily limit to pay that bill is accepted, because it is more than your daily allowance. Then you get a ok to pay that bill only to find out they accepted your request but gave you the wrong amount by 27 cents. Another 24 hrs to wait for them to hopefully add those 27 cents. What?? So odd. I appreciate the security but some common sense would save me some time, hair and wrinkles. Maybe if you aren’t a basic digital account customer they might treat you better.

3. 1/5STAY AWAY FROM THEM

   On April 3, 2025, I made a transaction expecting to be delivered the next day in Brazil. To my surprise, I was told by Ícaro and Emily that my transaction would take up 5 business day to arrive in my account in Brazil. This is/was urgent and with NO apologies whatsoever, they told me nothing could be done and the best thing is for me to wait. But of course, the amount was taken from my US bank account immediately. If you need help/assistance with customer care, I wish you good luck. Terrible experience and will never use their “services” again.

4. 1/5Don’t use this company may be scammed!

   If I could give 0 stars I would! Do not use Inter aka USEND if you need to send money to Mexico. They took over $1000 from my account after canceling transaction. The same day they canceled transaction is the same day they took my funds. They told me to wait 5 business days and they would refund my account. It is now past the 5 business days and they have not refunded are are now asking for my bank statements to “send to a special team”. They do not want to refund me. When they were USEND they were trust worthy but now they seem like a scamming company and are canceling transaction within hours but still pulling the funds from your bank account AFTER CANCELATION. Please look for another company! Don’t be scammed!

5. 3/5Used to be great, now it’s just frustrating

   I’ve been a long-time user and used to love the simplicity and efficiency of the Inter app. But lately, it’s become more annoying than helpful. The constant notifications are overwhelming—and even when you disable them, it takes 15 days for the change to take effect. Why? And every time the app updates, the notifications come back like nothing happened, forcing you into another 15-day wait. It feels like the app is no longer focused on banking. There’s a marketplace, insurance, and even betting options now—it’s turning into a digital shopping mall. The core banking experience is getting buried under all the noise. I’m seriously considering moving my money elsewhere.

   Aplicativo é bom... boas opções de renda fixa... MAS, NA PARTE DE AÇÕES, ORDENS, NOTAS, ATUALIZAÇÕES DE OPERAÇÕES, ME DECEPCIONOU... Ordens demoram para ser emitidas, quando compra ou vende, não atualiza.. fica sem saber o status... maldita hora que decidi sair do Itaú.

   No geral o Inter é um excelente banco e o app é bom. Sou cliente desde 2021, e posso dizer que o aplicativo é rápido e fácil de usar. O SAC do Inter é bom, o banco oferece serviços bons e sem cobrar taxas abusivas. Minha avaliação baixa é por conta de três fatores: da IA na página inicial, do fórum e da exibição de anúncios no app. A Internet já é saturada de anúncios e eles tornam a experiência do usuário horrível. Consideraria encerrar minha conta no Inter devido aos anúncios.
