4/5Very nice application for children but not so much with my customer service experience
Ran into issues with trying to download the app multiple times which made me think it was a scam so I got scared and immediately wrote the support team. Although I enjoyed the preview of the application when I was on social media, which is I learned of this platform, I ran into issues trying to download the app. I sent multiple messages to the support team regarding my concern, but I felt like my concerns were not addressed appropriately even with screenshots. I think this platform for children is awesome hence my four stars but the support team just didn’t get it right which made me decide to no longer continue on with a subscription. Thanks

1/5Not What I Expected
I came through an AD and am disappointed by this APP completely. I completed a questionnaire, paid for the app and as soon as I started to use it, I realized I needed to pay an additional $30 to use the content that I had paid for upfront. All the content promised on the Ad was not included. But I decided to give this App a chance, so I loaded it up and realized that not only is my son not interested but he is not at the level to use this. Each activity was formulated for 4+. This would not be a big deal but I had populated my son’s age into the questionnaire before I paid, had a learning plan sent to my email so I was surprised by this. And to add insult to injury, I realized that I never received the learning plan. So, in a sense, I was scammed. Again, if you stumble on this app by the App Store, I would have had a different experience but from what the Ad promised - I am very disappointed and will be requesting my money back,

5/5Perfect for my 4 y/o
I have a 4 y/o boy and a 2 y/o boy. My 4 y/o loves doing his “school”! So far, he loves the cooking lesson and he’s learning his numbers better. The activities help with fine motor control, imagination, learning alphabet and numbers, creativity, coordination and attention skills. App has a variety of subjects: art, math, gaming, music. It is designed so that the learner can achieve levels. My 2 y/o is starting to show interest, but doesn’t have the processing and comprehension skills yet. I will keep for now. Ive had it for about 2 months and have not had crazy charges. Not all handouts are free and there are additional resources for a charge. But there’s plenty for my kid to do and not get bored that I haven’t needed to buy anything yet.

4/5Helps my kiddo with learning difficulties
We’ve been using Intellecto for just a few days, and my child already loves it! We’ve tried many educational apps before, but Intellecto stands out — it genuinely engages him in a way the others didn’t. He actually looks forward to “playing” and stays focused much longer. I especially appreciate the weekly report. It clearly shows exactly how much time he spent on the app and which subjects he worked on, giving me helpful, encouraging insights into his progress. We’ll continue using it, and I’ll come back to update this review once we’ve had more time with the app.

3/5Glitchy and okay
The dinosaur math game stops working once you reach the end of level 8 right before you can do anything else for the dinosaurs in order to reach level nine. I went through the game on my phone and it does the same thing. It keeps my son busy otherwise but he ends up disappointed when he checks on his dinosaurs and the little pop up disappears before he can do anything for them. So he’s lost interest in the math game. The last game has construction cooking and something else but once you finish constructing the homes there’s no indication of what to do next. I don’t know, I feel like there’s potential here but it’s just meh in my opinion. Seems like there’s a number of things to do but in the end not really. And the things my son likes doing on the app have seemed to max out. Hopefully they fix the dinosaurs game.

          "body": "Ran into issues with trying to download the app multiple times which made me think it was a scam so I got scared and immediately wrote the support team. Although I enjoyed the preview of the application when I was on social media, which is I learned of this platform, I ran into issues trying to download the app. I sent multiple messages to the support team regarding my concern, but I felt like my concerns were not addressed appropriately even with screenshots. I think this platform for children is awesome hence my four stars but the support team just didn’t get it right which made me decide to no longer continue on with a subscription. Thanks",

          "body": "I came through an AD and am disappointed by this APP completely. I completed a questionnaire, paid for the app and as soon as I started to use it, I realized I needed to pay an additional $30 to use the content that I had paid for upfront. All the content promised on the Ad was not included. But I decided to give this App a chance, so I loaded it up and realized that not only is my son not interested but he is not at the level to use this. Each activity was formulated for 4+. This would not be a big deal but I had populated my son’s age into the questionnaire before I paid, had a learning plan sent to my email so I was surprised by this. And to add insult to injury, I realized that I never received the learning plan. So, in a sense, I was scammed. Again, if you stumble on this app by the App Store, I would have had a different experience but from what the Ad promised - I am very disappointed and will be requesting my money back,",

          "body": "I have a 4 y/o boy and a 2 y/o boy. My 4 y/o loves doing his “school”! So far, he loves the cooking lesson and he’s learning his numbers better. The activities help with fine motor control, imagination, learning alphabet and numbers, creativity, coordination and attention skills. App has a variety of subjects: art, math, gaming, music. It is designed so that the learner can achieve levels. My 2 y/o is starting to show interest, but doesn’t have the processing and comprehension skills yet. I will keep for now. Ive had it for about 2 months and have not had crazy charges. Not all handouts are free and there are additional resources for a charge. But there’s plenty for my kid to do and not get bored that I haven’t needed to buy anything yet.",

          "body": "We’ve been using Intellecto for just a few days, and my child already loves it! We’ve tried many educational apps before, but Intellecto stands out — it genuinely engages him in a way the others didn’t. He actually looks forward to “playing” and stays focused much longer. I especially appreciate the weekly report. It clearly shows exactly how much time he spent on the app and which subjects he worked on, giving me helpful, encouraging insights into his progress. We’ll continue using it, and I’ll come back to update this review once we’ve had more time with the app.",

          "body": "The dinosaur math game stops working once you reach the end of level 8 right before you can do anything else for the dinosaurs in order to reach level nine. I went through the game on my phone and it does the same thing. It keeps my son busy otherwise but he ends up disappointed when he checks on his dinosaurs and the little pop up disappears before he can do anything for them. So he’s lost interest in the math game. The last game has construction cooking and something else but once you finish constructing the homes there’s no indication of what to do next. I don’t know, I feel like there’s potential here but it’s just meh in my opinion. Seems like there’s a number of things to do but in the end not really. And the things my son likes doing on the app have seemed to max out. Hopefully they fix the dinosaurs game.",
