1. 5/5Insomnia Cookies is the BEST!

   I order no less than 1 x month but sometimes up to 4 times! Cookies ALWAYS come warm literally as if they were just pulled from the oven. And they are truly delicious. They taste high quality not cheap and stale but homemade and they’re not tiny either! The ice cream is always great as well! Tastes like a good quality not junk commercial stuff bought in bulk. Even if it is they’re stocking the right stuff! Prices are insane for what you get AND how late you can order! My ONLY wish is they would fill the small cups for the cookie-which completely bc often its full and the other half the time it isn’t. And that they would offer the same ice creams and cookies ALL the time. With the exception of the holiday themed which I understand. But the flavors of ice cream should always be available in my opinion. Nevertheless I always order anyway! Also, love you get points every order. I’ve had 2-3 orders free minus delivery & tip from my points. They have great daily offers and I always take advantage! If you want something sweet at night order insomnia. It will never disappoint!

2. 2/5Extremely buggy

   Don't get me wrong, I absolutely adore the cookies from Insomnia Cookies, but the app is atrociously difficult to use and not user-friendly at all. It automatically signed me out of my profile after I unsubscribed from Cookie Magic without notifying me, so I had ordered several times without realizing the orders were not assigned to my account, and when I finally noticed and signed in, the points I had earned on the app were not consolidated, so I completely lost them. Additionally, the checkout page is really annoying because it can be difficult to scroll, and sometimes you need to scroll all the way down on an unused text field before you're able to scroll at all on the main page. As for the other features on the checkout page, I've had multiple orders delivered to me with zero notification, despite having the "Text me order updates" box checked under my contact information, so the cookies had been sitting outside my front door for who knows how long, and the boxes (and therefore cookies) were cold and damp by the time I got to them. I've had to resort to using the track my order feature or just popping my head outside my door every 15 mins, which I'm not always able to do if I'm busy with other things (cooking for my family, taking care of my pets, etc). They're all minor inconveniences I can live with but I really wish Insomnia would do a better job on cracking down on these little bugs and issues, the sheer volume is enough to discourage me from ordering delivery on the app and just going through DoorDash instead.

3. 1/5Cookies are awesome app not so much

   Horrible app difficult to navigate not at all user friendly and the “cookie tracker” hasn’t worked for the entire time I’ve had the app which has been well over a month because I love the cookies and order them quite frequently so of course I want to get the rewards for doing so by using the app but I’ve had nothing but trouble with it so far it works well enough to use but even at that they advertise a cookie tracker and other websites have that it’s not that much to ask to track your order and as far as I can tell they have no intention on fixing the issue (not relevant to the app per say so I guess not they’re fault but I ordered through the app and since the tracker doesn’t work I couldn’t check on my order and forgot for like an hour not an exaggeration and the delivery hours had ended and I had no way of knowing if my food was coming so I called the number they provide on the app and asked the representative if my order was coming and she said the driver left 5 minutes ago and should be there soon so since the location I ordered from was only a 10 minute walk from where I was I didn’t expect for it to take another 40 minutes after that but I do think that it’s not really the apps fault the order took far longer then advertised that’s more the delivery drivers fault and it kinda made up for it that they had extremely friendly and helpful customer service but it would of been helpful to have the tracker working so I at least could have known if my order left the store yet

   Insomnia Cookies is always a reliable late-night treat, and they rarely miss. The cookies come warm, soft, and perfectly gooey, which makes the experience feel fresh even when it’s delivered. Their classic Chocolate Chunk is consistently the standout, and the Deluxe cookies — especially the Salted Caramel or S’mores — are rich without being overwhelming. The delivery is quick for the most part, and the packaging keeps everything warm. Prices are a little higher than your average bakery, but you’re paying for convenience, late hours, and quality. Overall, it’s one of the best options when you want something sweet after hours, and it definitely hits the craving every time.

5. 2/5Love the cookies, hate the app

   I love the cookies, but this app keeps getting worse and worse. First of all: could we please stop making it seem like Level 9 Security Clearance is needed to sign in? It’s…a…COOKIE APP! To buy COOKIES, not purchase a tank for the pentagon! Now you even have us request a login link that never, EVER arrives in our inbox or spam folder, no matter how many times we hit “resend”, and for what?? To protect my chocolate chip cookie order? I will make you this promise right now: if some nefarious criminal is so desperate for a Double Chocolate Mint that they have to resort to sneaking into my COOKIE app, I’m just going to let them have their snack and call it a day without a word of protest. Beyond that, your prices are…well, not great. Actually, they’re really bad. You charge way too much for the cookies we get, and then you even tack on an extended delivery fee. If you charged less, I’d buy from you a lot more and you’d make more money from me. But your current price point assures that Insomnia Cookies are only the very rarest of treats for us.
