  1. 5/5Wonderful and getting better

I have used this site on and off for the past few years. The newest upgrades are wonderful for keeping track of your activities as well as finding new ones. The actual instruction is clear and easy to follow, I rarely need to look at the screen. Each class is built mindfully to progress from warm up through a flow to cooldown in a way that is always body friendly. The additional discussions related to meditation, equanimity and dharma are brief, clear, and friendly. You get the sense the instructors live the life they share on the site, it is a calling not just a job.

  2. 5/5Build a habit

Live classes are fantastic, but Inner Dimension TV (or something of similar calibre if it exists) is the only way to build a daily practice, unless you are a yoga instructor or have unlimited time and resources. The instructions on how to hold your body in the poses are brilliant - you can almost feel yourself not getting injured. I love the music and am an avid fan of yin because of Power 108. Speaking of that series, you can see your progress in real time especially in week number 3, day two…

  3. 5/5Amazing teaches, needs 1 feature

Been loving these classes for a couple years now. So many options, excellent instruction and programs. Love that you can turn music off (unlike other apps). But please just add a resume play or have the app remember where you left off. On the Apple TV, I’ll step away and when I get back it’s closed the player and I can’t return to where I stopped. Or if you accidentally hit home button your place is lost as well, it’s frustrating.

  4. 2/5Agressive Billing

The content at Inner Dimension Yoga is genuinely strong well-produced, thoughtful, and effective for what it delivers. The pricing is aggressively high, but that’s a choice you can make with eyes open. What’s unacceptable is their customer “service.” I was on medical leave for three months, physically unable to access or use my account, and didn’t log in once during that period. When I contacted them to cancel and requested a refund for those unused months—explicitly citing the medical situation—they coldly informed me of their “zero tolerance refund policy” and refused any exception. Follow-up appeals explaining the circumstances were met with the same corporate stonewall. A studio that constantly lectures about ethics and mindfulness yet shows zero compassion for a verifiable medical hardship reveals exactly what it is: just another profit-driven operation wearing yoga pants. The high-minded branding rings hollow when basic human decency is off the table. Is that the energy you want to participate with when practicing?

  5. 3/5Level Up 108 is not what it seems

Ahhhh they got me. I signed up and paid for an annual membership after I started the Level Up 108 program. I absolutely love the classes, but I didn’t realize until it was too late that Travis uses the same 8 or 9 classes over the 108 days. I naively thought I’d be getting 108 unique classes. I get that it’s a lot of work to film and edit those videos, but there’s no way I want to watch & practice the same classes nearly a dozen times each. This really should be called The Level Up 12 program, because it looks like that’s how many days of original content was made for it.
