"body": "This app is awful. The communication is abysmal. I waited forever for an item that I selected. After a few weeks, they emailed me saying it was delayed. No biggie, but then it was delivered more than a month later without informing me of its arrival. This app is difficult to navigate, and once you write a review, you can't edit it. The review portion wouldn't let me upload some of the pictures—no communication on whether your review was posted.",
