I have been using every version of iCompta since January, 2010. I have been able to track and categorize every financial transaction from banks, credit cards, investments, loans and any other source of financial transactions. Historical spending is easy to analyze and to use for projecting detailed future spending, earnings, retirement and investment accounts, property assets and Cashflow requirements. Repetitive transactions are easy to set up. I gained control of my financial world within a year of using this tool and it has been one of the biggest contributors to my financial success and security for me and my family.

5/5Great App!
iCompta 6 is a great application, both macOS and iOS iterations. Its well thought out feature set clearly demonstrates a deep understanding of both financial principles and practical functionality on the part of the developer. All of this translates into a positive, uncompromising user experience. The app processes and organizes data in multiple ways. Automating some of that via rules is one of them. Entering new transactions is as fast and easy as can be. One of the great things I love about iCompta is that you are not forced to anything; the developer doesn’t decide for you what is the best method to synchronize and backup your data, for example. Instead, they offer multiple options and let the user choose which to use. These options include: iCloud, Dropbox, Local Network, iTunes File Sharing and E-Mail. You can even change the color of transaction categories (and with it the color of the pie and bar charts) to suit your preferences …Have to appreciate that!

5/5Great update
I’ve been using version 2 for so many years and decided it was time to upgrade. Following the directions online was easy telling me how to convert everything to version 6. It worked great and all is well. I’ve had a few questions and received a quick response back from support. Great update and great support.

5/5Finally an app that works with iPad, iPhone and Mac!
This is the perfect app for using it across devices — iPad, iPhone and Mac! Love it that I can access at any device. Love that it has a slick scheduler and great reports! Love the ability to import history as well, which includes importing categories as well! Love it! Thank you!

2/5Needs ability to change font size
The white numbers with the red and green background on the left-side account list are hard to read and ugly! Please, just use black font on a white background for positive and red on a white background for negative. And allow the user to INCREASE THE FONT SIZE.
