1. 5/5Wow! Very impressive.

   I have had heart issues ever since a very traumatic experience with the COVID vaccine in 2020. Unconscious 10 minutes after the injection, in and out of Mayo Clinic for 6 months and so many emergency rooms visits and hospital stays. On medication and I have to take heart med daily. It has been getting very annoying taking a blood pressure cuff with me and keeping one in my car due to batteries running out and also living in the desert, the heat makes the batteries go bad quickly. But, this app has made everything so simple and easy since I always have my phone with me. Thank you for an amazing app that works well.

2. 3/5It’s not ready for me yet!

   Maybe you will have a better experience with your iPhone than me with my Pro Max 15. Even the smallest errors can be a problem because it’s only one of many issues that needs to be fixed! My best example is trying to pair it with Health / Heart through Bluetooth was never successful! I feel the problem was just a software update glitch, a problem that’s happening too often! I think all the problems could easily be avoided if they just kept up with each iPhone updates. I’ll bet the iPhone 14 users will be happy but is this a sign of things happening again and again? I’m not willing to take the chance, I’m just really tired of this issue happening again and again with other apps! Good Luck!

3. 5/5Likely Saved My Life

   55yr old in excellent shape, have been a gym rat my entire life, have been short of breath especially after a workout, so much so it was affecting my workouts. Had a few things in the app that showed not good. I have seen cardiologist in the past and done stress test tat I passed, they all told me I was the “healthiest person they have had in their office “ I didn’t feel that way. This time my cardiologist sent me in for a CT scan and it showed severe blockage in all four arteries was told I wouldn’t have survived probably another six months.

4. 1/5It never worked

   I paid for the full year of this app, thinking it could help me monitor my heart rate. I didn’t see any other option than paying for a full year. I could never get it to work. I followed the directions. Every time I took a reading it failed. So I reached out to their feedback line. They emailed me back and made sure I was doing certain things (I was). They had me take a video of my reading. After they viewed it, they said they thought my hand could be unstable. They told me to correct that and if the problem persists to contact the apps support team. I thought I had contacted the apps support team. At this point, I’ve had an app that I’ve paid a full year for, and I’ve never been able to take a reading with, and I’m done trying. I just want my money back.

5. 3/5Has lot of good data but….

   But…the app subscription options are so confusing. There is no clarity or info around difference between premium and pro plans. With so many subscription options and unclear info on differences between them, even though the data is good, I’m sure there are potential customers like me that may not have signed up for ongoing subscriptions. The app is quite user friendly and provides good info.
