Compré un seguro de viaje con esta agencia IATI por segunda vez, siguiendo la recomendación de unas YouTubers, pero mi experiencia ha sido decepcionante. Perdí un vuelo en un aeropuerto y cuando intenté hacer un reclamo no me ayudaron, me dieron largas y terminaron con otro aereopuerto, fuera de contexto. No volveré a contratar este seguro IATI y recomiendo buscar opciones más confiables.

1/5Muchos problemas con la compra por internet o la app
Siempre había viajado con IATI seguros hasta el año pasado sin problemas, pero este año estoy tratando de comprar el seguro con una semana de antelación a mi viaje y ni en línea ni en la app me deja comprarlo , aparece un error al final o no permite el número de teléfono cuando es correcto . No sé si es la actualización pero arruinaron la app y el servicio en línea y la asistente ni se diga , no tiene congruencia con lo dice ; mejor dicho se arruinó por completo . Ahora tengo que buscar otro seguro lo más pronto posible
