   This is a great app in terms of enjoying reading, math or testing. But for the majority of people who have downloaded this app(or use it in class), hate it! I happen to be one of those people. To begin, the diagnostics are INCREDIBLY hard. Don’t get me wrong, I love to read! However it expects you to read 5 pages of Shakespeare and then listen to a 2 minute audio. Then once you’re done the question will be like, “how does the reader express himself when reading the word ‘tribute’?” who the heck knows that? Then the answers will be “with anger luring inside him because Juliet died” or “sadness because his heart turns into stone” or some other dumb answer. Not to mention the math! “What is the area of angle Y divided by C multiplied by the ray of a rectangle?” like make it make sense? It doesn’t even teach you that in a lesson, so you’re completely unprepared. Let’s not forget that the math lessons take 45 minutes to an hour to complete. The progress bar moves a centimeter once you just finished a 3 step word problem that took you 20 minutes to answer. I’m honestly the most angry that I failed my math and reading diagnostics. I went down by 5 in reading and 8 in math! I thought I tried my best, but I guess it’s not enough for I-Ready scores! If your kid is homeschooled or you just want to buy this app as a learning experience for your child, please spare your child, your time, and your money and don’t download this app. Sincerely, Maya.

   I've read the reviews, and honestly it's surprising how much people hate I-Ready. I mean, I get it, diagnostics aren't too fun, but you people are getting way too overworked by this. First and foremost, THE DIAGNOSTIC IS SUPPOSED TO BE HARD. It's like that for a reason so it can put everyone where they need to be, and "everyone" doesn't mean just young children, since I-Ready is an app for grades 2-8. This means that the harder problems are for the older kids to se where they're at, otherwise they'd be multiplying decimals in 8th grade! And for those arguing about lessons being too hard or taking too long, that's all on you. The reading and math lessons are given to you based on your skill set, hence why the diagnostic is mandatory in the first place, meaning there is no reason you should be constantly failing your own lessons. The same for the length of the lessons, all you have to do is actually be paying attention, since I know first hand each reading lesson only takes 5-10 minutes and math 10-15 minutes, so the only reason you're doing so bad on your lessons is because of your own laziness 😂😂. Anyways, most of the one stars are coming from people angry at I-Ready for their own district's choices, which is unrelated to the app as a whole. So to sum this up, I'd have to say that the bad reviews are coming from a biased source who just doesn't want to do their schoolwork.

3. 3/5tedious to log in every time (for mobile)

   i will not comment on the lessons much as many people have done this already, however, i do want to rant about signing in alone. maybe it’s just because of my school, so sorry if it’s just a me problem. but i still find it very egregious how i normally log into iReady on my chromebook is by going through clever and then clicking iReady from there. however, on mobile, it’s a lot more complicated for some reason. for some reason, the clever app only lets you scan something on the app, or else you’ll have to be forced to go to safari to log in, which i did. i then go to iReady like i normally do on my chromebook, and it’ll ask to redirect me back to the app. although there’s a lot of steps, it’s okay in the grand scheme of things… the most irritating thing about this is that after a few minutes (or maybe even a couple seconds) of being out of the app, it automatically logs you out and you have to repeat this whole clever safari and iready app process all over again. i go out of the app for a few seconds to do something else and when i go back on the app, it just logs me out, and i have to go on safari to do this thing over and over. i just wish there was maybe a log in with clever option on the app? the lessons are okay. it’s not fun, but then again, a lot of people, myself included, don’t enjoy these type of apps. it’s just the amount of effort going into repeating the whole process of logging in even though you were only out the app for a few seconds really peeved me. very sorry

4. 1/5It’s so terrible😡☹️

   This is a godforsaken sorry excuse of a learning platform. The thing is that first of all it’s really bad for a mental health. Second of all the diagnostic is painfully long painfully third of all just to be clear if you get 60% or lower it makes you take it over again. fourth of all and I can’t even believe I have to say this it’s too much it takes the socialization out of school. Me and my friends are only in fifth grade, but the teachers hate it. We hate it. Everybody hates it. The parents hate it. Kids are crying at home at their desk in school about an online lesson. Does anybody else think this is an unhealthy schedule. Like are you really telling me that if I am doing lessons that take 30 to 40 minutes 3 to 4 times a week you’re telling me that that is OK I’m serious right. We’re doing 160 minutes plus a week for an online platform and exactly where is the benefit and all this teachers are not getting paid for us to be online on our computer, staring at the screen all day. The diagnostic doesn’t even give teachers anything they can work with it just gives us a category of who is ignorant, and to be honest, it’s not even accurate. Some teachers can say that their kids who are for example in second grade know how to divide decimals and the test will say that they’re stupid as a rock. And if you need evidence, look it up on or Google or something because I bet there’s a whole truckload of videos that you can watch to prove my point. Thank you.

5. 2/5I mostly do it but don’t really like it, it’s boring

   Okay so I’m sorry for the people who literally hate I-ready but don’t hate me for this but in my class likes i-ready it’s fun but the best thing about i-ready is the math games like seriously when my teacher says we can do i-ready games we scream like crazy but I like I-ready reading it’s fun and boring, on the other hand math it’s so stupid like where are you’re strategies if you do division in class and your counting on I-ready math and if You’re not a hater you be like “i-ready will help me with this test!” Then you Figure out i-ready was no help at all, as I was saying ,0_0 it’s so HARD I’m on division and bruh it’s ridiculously hard, if you agree with me put this emoji——> 🖥 or your zodiac sign. But if your doing vocabulary on books (on I-ready) or just learning about words, the second thing I said it’s so easy like seriously 😐 it’s only like 7-8 lessons, and the quiz is like 5-6 lessons but math for kindergarteners straight up EASY it’s like, “ok what is 1+1” and Radom dude saying 2, “it’s 2 ms.C” see so easy and college like dang bruh straight up HARD ok as I was saying again, about I-ready it’s kinda good way to learn (mostly form i-ready reading)well bye dudes and lady dudes 👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻 P.S.
