  1. 4/5Please please

It really hard to make games with this app. All those buttons and buttons are so annoying to use plus there is no tutorial whatsoever, so you don’t know what any button does, and how to function anything! but on the bright side of other peoples games, that are really good are fun to play! so it’s like kind of bad and really good on the other side so I would recommend not making your own games and playing others

  2. 5/5Powerful

With modern technology and regular updates by the dev team HyperPad is capable of what you'd expect from a full engine with a full programming language. As the popularity of the hub increases it becomes a good place to present game prototypes to an audience for feedback. The rapid nature and ease of understanding allows creative tinkering I was scared to do in syntax for fear of destroying my spaghetti monster. After a year I've designed a lot of various project types and system prototypes while having a lot of fun doing it. Hopefully more people see this for what it is: a fully capable engine that seamlessly integrates with the various applications necessary for game development while allowing for the relaxed creative feedback necessary for game feel and visual cohesion. What the devs have accomplished in improvements brings HyperPad up to speed with modern hardware. The platform is just waiting for new titles.

  3. 4/5Why do we need to pay just to make more games 😭

Why do we need to pay to make more games if you don’t add a section called hyper pad, starter news and right Y we need to pay to make more games I will give you a lower review in the App Store got it?

  4. 5/5AM I DREAMING? (I’m not)

So this app is literally AMAZING! I’m someone who doesn’t understand python or html (only a little) or java script or ANYTHING. But with this, I can make my own platformer! Yet alone other games! Only problem is that to make more than one game, you have to get the full game which is 15 dollars (bit much), BUT OTHER THAN THAT, I LOVE IT!

  5. 1/5More trouble than it’s worth

Trying to learn how to use it ? … good luck. Not much support for this platform making it feel like a cash grab. I was attempting to make a simple top down game using the 8 directional joystick but it only has 4 animation options. So when I push down right on the joystick the character looks left while walking down right. No way to fix it. Wouldn’t not recommend this app
