After setting up the new account information logging was easy. The app is easy to use and having live usage data is super helpful.

1/5Horrible customer service
When they turn on your service they don’t warn you they don’t physically turn your gas line on until you ask so you find out when it’s cold and your furnace won’t turn on and you pay for a service call to get your furnace fixed and of course say it’s not their fault and won’t cover the service fee after you already paid the utilities company to connect the services and didn’t do their job
