This has all of the information available on other real estate apps. However, it lists information about the neighborhoods that the property is located in as well as giving it a numerical rating of a score as far as crime goes versus national average. As an example, neighborhood Lakeside – this is fictional – has a crime score of six out of 10 when the national average might be for. And also delineates the neighborhood on a map and will give you a history of the neighborhood along with highlights, such as schools and parks, etc. There is some MLS INFORMATION listed but if you want the whole listing, they include a link. There's also a link if you want more information about where crime statistics come from as they are broken down by type of crime. I used to use Redfin in Zillow, but this also gives you the opportunity to save favorite homes and setting up folders you would like them to go into. I haven't figured out yet how to set up commute the way that I can in Redfin or Zillow, but I'm trying

4/5Problems with accessibility and difficult to report bugs and feedback
I'm updating my rating/review. The bug preventing the viewing of larger versions of photos has been fixed - I appreciate the response on that. Unfortunately, Apple's per-app accessibility settings don't work in this app. I know it's not required and there can be technical issues for the developers, but I hope they will make the effort to work on it. Many users with vision issues use two ways to see contents on a screen more easily: increasing text size or pinching out/in to zoom in/out. This app does not allow either within the filter settings or listing information. I was able to make the photos larger, but now I can't even access the photo galleries by tapping on the photo at the top of the listing anymore, which I think is a bug. App is updated, cache cleared, tried restarting app and iPad, and deleting/reinstalling the app. Nothing works and there doesn't seem to be any way to email support or feedback except within the app which doesn't recognize my default email client. So I'm doing it through a review. This would be a five star app for me without these problems.

What I appreciate most about this platform is that it just works. It’s easy to use from the start, but when you want to go deeper, the information is there. You’re not digging through clutter everything is layered in a way that makes sense. Simple on the surface, strong underneath. The cross-reference search tools are dialed in. You can move through data quickly, connect the dots, and verify what you’re looking at without jumping through hoops. It’s built for real-world use, not theory. What really stands out to me is the secondary vetting of agents. That extra layer brings peace of mind. In a world where credentials are easy to claim, knowing there’s another level of accountability matters. It adds credibility and protects everyone involved. Bottom line it’s tailored well. Clean. Efficient. Thoughtful. Built for people who actually need to make decisions with confidence.

This is a fantastic app! A pleasure to use! Well designed, stable, very useful and easy to use features - search interface is great, calculates payments based on variables, clear map view in the listing page, complete info that you need, and no extraneous crap offers, pressure, or ads to get in the way. Minimal navigation required. Search results and likes are each nicely grouped. I don't end up looking at the same houses over and over when I browse, hard to explain. Thank you for a great app. I dislike house hunting but this app has made it far less tedious, unlike Zillow for example. I actually enjoy browsing now.

1/5You’re here because you used to use homesnap and now you have to use this app…
This app is lacking everything that made homesnap a pleasure to use in the field while showing my clients homes. No searching by MLS number, no directions to property, no private agent remarks (agent to agent; which contain a lot of info on showing instructions, property details, alarm codes, etc), no listing history (days on market, price changes), no occupancy information, no access to listing docs (i.e. seller disclosures, HOA docs, attached docs), no property lines, no scheduling showings, limited property details, CAN’T COPY THE MLS NUMBER, etc, etc, etc All the things I need while out and about with a client are missing. I have to leave the app and log into my main MLS to get what I need. I’m going back to homesnap until they shut the app down, but in the mean time I’ll work with the developers of RPR to help build an app agents can actually use.
