   I won’t lie, I was skeptical at first. An ad from Instagram peaked my interest since this seemed almost like a game app. I tried the free three day trial which was fantastic although I’m not currently paying for a plus membership, I still use the free aspects of this app. I really do enjoy it. It’s great since you can customize your workout guide based on your personality. It’s easy to use you can switch it up mid workout. You can earn coins to buy new maps. I’m very excited to see where this app goes and I’m also very excited to continue my fitness journey with Luvu. There are some very minor audio glitches during workouts when going to new moves but overall this is a fantastic experience. I would recommend this to anyone trying to take their health more serious.

   This is a great little app to help you reach your fitness goals and learn basic discipline. The daily notifications are a nice reminder and it honestly feels more like a game than a workout! My only disappointment is that it doesn’t have more workouts (especially more intense ones or using equipment ie. dumbbells or bands) but that makes sense considering it’s a newer app and the tracking system would be hard to use on certain exercises. It’s also funny because the cursing sounds more like a preteen being able to use the no-no words for the first time loll. Overall, I highly recommend!!

3. 3/5Good but needs more

   It’s an interesting app and does keep me motivated. I get more of a sweat and winded using this then any other workout outside the app. I like that I can customize my little pal and have it use profanity like I do on the norm. However, it could use some more features. I’m not really keen on using my camera to track my movements just to make sure I’m doing it correctly. The tracking can be a little wonky. I would love to be able to add a workout like walks, hikes or runs instead of just using the randomized workouts. And it is a little pricey for what you’re getting out of a newer app. And a 3 day trail is not enough time to determine if you like something. A week or two would be better. If this was taken into consideration, I might continue using the app.

4. 3/5Camera tracking

   This app uses your camera to track your exercise routine. The camera tracking isn’t the greatest as you are working out and doing the moves. It will tell you that you are not doing them correctly. Oral stop counting them even though you are doing the moves correctly sometimes the positions in the exercises they show you the camera doesn’t track them properly and you have to pitch yourself forward for the camera to see you “standing “ straight. It requires you to place your phone on the floor and tilt it up instead of having it be straightforward. However, for the type of app that it is, the exercise routines are a good starting base and you can always add more of your own as you go on although the app doesn’t track those.

5. 1/5Horrible just terrible

   I’ve used the app every day for about a week and every day for about a week. I have set it up like it has told me too. I have done everything that has asked me to. I have made sure that there’s not too much light exposure so that there’s no problems with seeing me, but this app still has problems tracking me doing the workouts. It’s ridiculous. I tried to use this app to see if it would better motivate me to keep doing my workout and all this app has done has made me mad has made me frustrated has done nothing but irritate me because it won’t do what I ask and it has trouble tracking that is it its biggest problem is it will not track that I am doing the workout. -10 out of 10 do not recommend getting in this app I also do not recommend getting this app if you have just updated to the latest iOS 26.
