"body": "I purchased a camera that was compatible with this app. Upon trying to set it up, I realized that it wasn’t going to work for me. I had to return the camera the same day that I purchased it. The subscription for this app was canceled minutes after the purchase because I could not use the product and the app refuses to give me a refund. Now I’m being charged for a year and I’m not even able to use the app. It’s unfair and that’s poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone.",

It did not go through, so now I am unable to install new apps. I have cancelled the subscription, but it’s still trying to charge me. I even uninstalled the app. Please fix this issue.",

"body": "I subscribed to this app to monitor my entryway when I was expecting an important delivery. The app has a “motion detect” feature but the only way you can receive notifications on your phone is to keep the phone unlocked and the Visory app in the foreground 100% of the time, which makes it pretty useless. When I tried to “get help” it just tells me to go to a laptop or desktop. Doesn’t actually send a message to the developers.",
