I sincerely apologize for this, as I was not aware that it could lead to such a serious violation. It was never my intention to break any rules. However, I would like to bring to your attention an important concern. Before the ban, I had purchased coins on my account, and unfortunately, I was banned immediately after making an additional purchase. As a result, I was not able to use the coins I paid for at all. This situation feels very unfair from my perspective, as I have financially supported the platform but lost access to both my account and unused purchases without any warning.
