"body": "I paid for a year subscription without reading the reviews don’t make the same mistake. This VPN keeps going in and out would like a refund. I have been experiencing constant interruptions while trying to browse the internet and it's becoming really frustrating. It seems like the connection is unstable, as the VPN keeps disconnecting and reconnecting frequently. I initially subscribed to this service with the expectation of having a reliable and seamless browsing experience, but unfortunately, it has not met my expectations. I have tried troubleshooting the issue myself by restarting my device and reconfiguring the VPN settings, but the problem persists. This inconsistency in the VPN's performance has hindered my ability to access important websites and protect my online privacy effectively. As a paying customer, I believe I deserve a refund for the inconvenience and dissatisfaction caused by this service. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in resolving this matter promptly. I understand that technical issues can arise, but the frequency and severity of the interruptions have made it nearly impossible for me to use the VPN as intended. Therefore, I kindly request a refund for the amount I paid for the subscription. Please let me know the necessary steps to proceed with the refund process. Why do people not even acknowledge that an ad that impedes the performance of an app to do its job especially when one is trying it out for the first time? Completely unacceptable. "body": "After installing the app, I was prompted to start a trial, which I did. However, I later discovered that it wasn't actually a free trial as I was charged for it. Furthermore, the VPN itself wouldn't connect and remained stuck at the \"connecting\" stage. So now I'm disappointed to have spent $8 on a trial app that doesn't even function properly.",
