I get app errors, I purchase 3 months subscription and it took my money from my iPad 4.99$ two times . And then nothing happen. Developers please help me find out my 10$ . The last time is 2.49$ is success. Please help my money back .

3/5Company!! You need make sure ur employees know ur products
After Purchased their membership, but my membership status still shows not a member yet. Ask me to keep purchasing their membership again. Try to contact their customer service, their responses are very robotic, they make me feel like they don’t even know their product. They could not resolve their issue, then just no longer respond to me and sent me a feedback link ( end the conversation) now I have to contact my bank to get the money back. Disappointed

There are too many shows that I want to watch but are not available when those shows are available to watch in mainland China. I paid for the VIP subscription, but I’m not getting enough access to its content. It’s not worth the subscription, and this is why pirating websites are so popular nowadays.

2/5Purchased subscription; now says I need to join
I was enjoying my Youku membership, English version, when suddenly I get a demand to join VIP for content. My shows are now inaccessible, yet YOUKU is still taking my money. My subscription is still in active state in settings. As far as I know, there is no way to contact them. If there is a way, it’s written in Chinese characters. Buyer beware.
