"body": "This app is not optimized for mobile usage and has a horrible user experience. I'm baffled at why Focus School Software is able to maintain a contract of this size with Hillsborough county schools when the portal is this painful to use. We're forced to use this app to see report cards and other important documents - and today, we're required to use this tool just to see our kids teacher assignment. Of all days, the portal app and web version both give 403 errors. This is unacceptable. Focus School Software should be held accountable for this issue and for the horrible experience. How is this even possible in 2026??? Paper mailers with the information we need would never cause this wide of an issue.",

"body": "This is app is the most frustrating of the myriad of portals, apps, and platforms Hillsborough County has used over the years. It is impossible to get a simple transcript. Why create more barriers to students who are already suffering in underfunded public schools? I thought technology was supposed to make things more efficient. This is absolutely ridiculous. I am begging of you please stop and take a moment to realize how incredibly ineffective this app is and to make a better alternative, or just hire more counselors who can be of 100x more help to students than a vastly fried dud of an app.",

"body": "This app is the best ever, It helps me keep track of my classes, check my FAST SCORES and spend PBIS points ALL IN ONE! I checked my sons schedule, and was shocked to find out he was accepted into AP LARP! Not only that, he got into Tier 1 Chud Honors, where they teach u all about femboys and lesbian mothers of 67! 🤣 They also offer a class called Fundamentals of Anime, which is a required class to graduate. Keep that in mind, Freshman! My son is in his Senior year of high school and he was Recently accepted into Ranter University! To all other seniors, I wish you all the best!! Hugs and kisses, XOXO!",
