   I love to see a smaller store come to town !! I’ll only come here before I go to Walmart!! There they have people real people that will talk !!! They are not thinking of what party or choir they are going to do when they get home!!! If you can’t find someone then get this —— A Employee will generally ask you what your looking for!!! Your not having to walk 5 miles to find someone just so they can get on the intercom and call someone to that dept!! It’s a all around friendly store to shop !! They seem actually happy to help you!! It usually feels like you are bothering the other person at the mng if it’s not moving a lot don’t I repeat don’t stop caring it ok!!! 2. Stay the way you are happy !! With your job it’s up to the manager to get you fired up with specials To tell and show people where everything is !! The customer will love it !! Watch out !!! These smaller stores will start taking off !!! Then more great people to work for them!! I love the store I could look at things for hours !! The service is great they offer help they get you signed up so you can get the best prices!!! Everyone is happy HarborFreight came to town!! Please keep ordering new items for us needy customers!! Keep smiling and I’ll be back every time!!!

2. 2/5Constantly logs out, refreshes between apps

   I along with a number of others in the app store reviews for this app have reported that there are constant issues of the app logging you completely out between sessions, refreshes your search if you switch out and back into the app, and does not cache data to work when connectivity is poor. The app has not been updated on over 6 months, but these issues have been happening long before that and needs fixed. There is no reason why you should be constantly logged out between sessions. If you are on an item lookup page, if you quickly switch to another app then come back, it resets the app, which makes things extremely difficult if you are trying to research or copy and paste other data. Also it does not cache the data properly. Since going into warehouse stores can cause connectivity issues and they don't offer wifi at the stores, getting to "my list" to retrieve your coupons can be extremely difficult and annoying to deal with when you're trying to check out at the register. This app needs a complete overhaul to fix all of these severe bugs and issues. It makes the company look bad when not able to handle the iOS app. And as mentioned it is not just me. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app as customer service would tell you to do does not fix the issue if the app itself contains all of these bugs. The iOS team needs to fix all of these issues.

3. 2/5Annoying/Inefficient App

   1) Whenever you scroll through the regular coupons or Inside Track coupons and you stop on a coupon to get more info or print it, when you go back to scrolling the app takes you to the beginning of the coupons every time instead of resuming from where you were. Even if you are at or near the end of the coupons, it makes you start at the beginning again and again and again…which is ridiculous and annoying. 2) No matter how many times you “Accept All Cookies” the message still pops up the next time you access the app. 3) I’ve been an ITC member for 4-5 years and receiving sale ads and coupons for even longer. But I still have to deal with that pop-up asking for my email address so coupons and sale ads can be sent to me. The app should be able to by-pass anyone already signed up. 4) There is no central depository for ALL the sale coupons. If you come into the app via email link you get one sub-set. If you access “Coupons” inside the app you get another sub-set of coupons. If you access coupons via a text link you get another sub-set. Although each set usually has some items that are the same as the other sets, there are also items that are only specific to each sub-set. It’s inefficient and annoying to have to access the coupons in multiple ways to be able to see all the coupons that are available for any one sale timeframe.

4. 4/5Worth the wait?

   I really like this app! seems like they must have listen to some customers or they had to fix something and realized the huge gap in NOT being connected with their customers. I can’t believe how many things I didn’t think they carried only to discover them on this app. Plus the way you can tap the heart icon on the coupons that creates a shopping list to go with the coupons. Everyone appreciates not having to flip page after page of the monthly catalog of coupons at the checkout lane. The two year deal for the ITC has saved me more then the fee, although not sure if it saves me any more cause I probably spend more cause of the deals, but having the coupons automatically taken off the items and getting an emailed receipt so I never have to look at another paper receipt that always seemed to be the wrong one I needed to return one or more of the failed or no time to refine the item to work as intended... but that is happening less and less lately with the better products HF has been putting out. Just wish the better quality wasn't diminished by the higher prices... which continues to make HF a secondary option rarely ever the first.

   So my point of view when I am rating this review is coming from the perspective of someone who actually works for the company. I use this app frequently at the register when I’m trying to find coupons for customers or trying to sell memberships. Usually whenever you search up an item number on the app it would show you if there was any coupons or ITC discounts associated on that specific item. Recently however when I search up specific items, the coupons and ITC discount information doesn’t show up immediately with the item search. Now I know this doesn’t sound like a big deal but when I am working with a customer I need to know quickly whether or not there are ITC discounts associated with that item so I could use that information in a sales pitch to try to sell a membership. If there was anything that could be done I wish it could just go back to where if you search up an item, coupons and associated with that item would show up immediately. I think this would not only be beneficial for employees like myself, but would also be beneficial for customers looking to find coupons and get a good deal. It would make customers happy and be more willing to come back and HFT stores program numbers would be better. This is just my personal feedback that I feel would make the app better.
