Reliability and performance improvements. Faster reconnection on spotty clinic wifi, improved upload resilience, and better error recovery.

More reliable uploads on spotty clinic wifi. Tapping record during a phone call now shows a clear "end the call and try again" message. "Retry All" on the On Device screen recovers more types of stuck recordings.

Fixes an issue that prevented some users from updating to the latest version. Also includes small reliability improvements.
