5/5This app is insane
As you can see from my nickname, I really only do 5 or 1 star reviews when I leave written feedback. This one goes for 5. I know Claude launched remote controller Claude sessions. I’ve tried it. It’s not close to this. At least not yet. The DX and the amount of things you can set your workflow up to do and leverage Happy is absolutely cracked. And the mobile app experience is incredibly user friendly being able to intuitively take the Claude/codex response context and auto suggest clickable response options even outside of the ones Claude itself asks (I think). Please keep this app going for as long as possible.

5/5Amazing way to build production apps
The first time I used Happy I was blown away. I was about to take an uber to NC for a flight and installed it and walked out the door. In line at TSA pre-check, I finished another 20% of a magic link app. On the plane, waiting to depart, I deployed it to AWS and made some final dynamoDB schema changes. By the time, I returned to NYC, the app was live in Prod. ❤️ it!

1/5vibe coded and lacks polish
I really enjoy using this app because it unlocks a capability that was hard for me to use elsewhere. I also appreciate that it's open source. However, the app has a lot of trivial problems that would be readily solved by somebody who is versed cross-platform mobile development. I find that there frequent breaking changes to the app, such as navigation bugs, and the app is not optimized for long running chats or for lots of chats (for example, opening an old chat takes minutes to catch up).

5/5Love the app - minor codex permissions issue
Loving this app. When using a happy codex terminal on my mac, the happy permissions prompt that is green/blue/red for yes/ yes for session / no, clicking them is non responsive and so I have to use yolo modes otherwise I get stuck at the permissions prompt and have to ctrl+c each time one pops up and start a new happy codex

5/5Napalm to light a bon fire
Vibe coding is a worse addiction than video games. It’s because we can finally get things done that are productive. Happy has made me so happy. I can finally leave my terminal knowing my agents are working. Thank you. It works wonderfully. Would love to have a conversation.

*New Session Composer* - Rebuilt session creation screen — pick machine, agent, model, permissions, and worktree from one place. Drafts persist across navigation. Offline machines visible with "last seen" timestamps. *Git Worktrees* - Create new or select existing worktrees when starting sessions. Smart cleanup on delete/archive (checks for uncommitted changes and shared sessions first). *Voice Assistant* - 1 hour free, then subscription required. Bring-your-own ElevenLabs agent option in Settings > Voice. Cross-session support, prompt queuing during speech, and VAD-based speaking indicators. Fixed stuck "connecting" state. *Multi-Agent* - OpenClaw added as 4th agent. Updated model names (Claude opus/sonnet 4.6, Codex gpt-5.3/5.4). "Bypass" renamed to "Yolo" with sandboxed badge. Auto plan-mode switching. Dynamic model/mode selectors from backend metadata. *Session Management* - Long-press/right-click quick actions (Details, Archive, Copy Metadata). Instant archive (no confirmation). Delete always available. Disconnected sessions show copyable resume CLI command. Push notifications now deep-link to sessions. CLI availability shown on machine detail. *Rendering* - Codex patches show full inline diffs. Markdown tables support rich formatting. Links work on web. Internal tool calls (thinking, ToolSearch) hidden. Bash commands render correctly for all agents. *Performance & Reliability* - Expo SDK 55. Mobile web Enter key inserts newline.
