   The app is great and produces realistic edited images. Most of the poor reviews come from people who don’t want to pay for the subscription, even though the app clearly offers a free trial. The fact that it’s a paid app shouldn’t be held against it—if someone doesn’t want to pay $7, they can simply choose not to use it. There’s no reason to leave a negative review when the app never claimed to include free features.

2. 3/5Viral concept, but broken execution (Slanted/Sideways Glitch)

   I downloaded this app because of the viral TikTok trends for pranking friends, but my experience has been disappointing. First, you are forced into a subscription just to use the basic features (thankfully there is a trial). The AI inserts (people/ghosts) do look realistic texture-wise, but they suffer from a major glitch: the people are always inserted at a slanted angle and never stand straight. To make it worse, when I save the final result, the app rotates my original photo sideways (90 degrees) instead of keeping the original orientation. I’ve tried multiple different photos and the same bugs happen every time. Great idea, but the app is currently too buggy to justify a subscription price. Please fix the orientation issues.

   Saw this on tiktok. Was not expecting it to be good tbh. I thought it would look more like chat gpt ai but it’s surprised me. The only thing is I wish you could brush what you want to ai instead of promoting it. Also, there should be a way I can see a landscape photo instead of having it just portrait. When I upload photos that are not portrait oriented i can’t see the edit that ai does to the photo. Other than that, great app.

4. 2/5Buggy and inconsistent

   I purchased a yearly subscription, but after just one day of use I began receiving a “Subscription Required” message, and the service no longer functions. During the brief period when it did work, many of my prompts were repeatedly rejected or flagged, despite containing no inappropriate content. Then, sometimes, Same prompt and image, it would work. If there are specific content guidelines or restrictions, they are not available. I’m giving two stars because when the service was operational, the quality was fairly good—but the functionality issues and lack of transparency significantly detract from the experience.

5. 1/5TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT

   I’ve had a really frustrating experience with Halo AI. I ran into a billing issue and followed their process exactly and entered the correct email, waited for the confirmation message and never received anything. Because of that, I can’t even move forward with fixing the problem. I reached out to support and still haven’t gotten a response. It feels like there’s no reliable way to get help when something goes wrong, especially with something as important as billing. Now I am down 90 dollars with no way to get it back . The app itself might have potential, but the lack of customer support and basic communication makes it hard to trust. I wouldn’t recommend using it until they improve their support syste
