"body": "....best coupon site ever! There isn’t a day that goes by that I’m not hopping on the H2S app to find ridiculous savings on a huge variety of items either for myself or a friend. I’ve found some of my favorite “go to” items from the deals that this team takes the time to find and document! The comment section that they’ve included (& are highly responsive on) has also been very helpful with my purchasing decisions! I’ve recommended and will continue to recommend this app every chance that I get! A big shout out to the team and their diligence, faithfulness and dedication in helping others as we journey along in our “savings game”! 🙌🏽🙌🏽",

"title": "Bug, Glitches and Problems…OH MY!!!",
"body": "I thought it was just me (or my iPhone 13 pro max) that was the problem. I wrongly assumed that the mother ship of all bargain hunting sites would have an efficiently working app. WRONG! I have loved Hip2Save since back in the day when it was just Collin, but for what seems like forever, the app simply does not function like it should. Do any of the Hip2Save crew ever use their own app? If so, surely they would recognize that it needs work. I have saved so much money through the years but I can’t remember the last time scrolling the app was fun. I dread opening it. I won’t list all the issues, because if you check the reviews by most recent first, nearly every one is a one star review and others have listed all the different issues. As one of my most frequently used apps, I keep thinking the powers that be at Hip2Save will have their developer sort things out. Alas, that’s not the case! Please fix your app and don’t ask me to reach out by email to your people to help me fix the problem(s). The problem(s) are on your end as demonstrated by multiple other users in their reviews who are all experiencing the exact same issues. Having said all that, thank you for all you do - you are wonderful, but it’s critical that you provide your loyal followers with a seamless experience when trying to interact with you for the very thing they are following you for.",

"body": "Update: thank you so much listening to all the feedback! I have changed my rating and downloaded the app back. Perfect timing for Black Friday deals! I used the hip2save app for a long time and it has gotten worse over time. Slowly more ads have been added, fine I get that you want to make more money, but now the ads are ridiculous with the newest update! I emailed them and was told that many people love the new format. I do not see how people like the new updates. It looks just like the website (I hated using) and takes awhile to find deals. It is not user friendly like the older version. If the pervious format comes back then I will add the app back.",

Dislike the newest format where you have to scroll forever through the details of deals you’re not interested in just to see the next. Bring back the old compact mobile view instead of this feed from the website.",
