When I had a terrible boss, a coworker recommended this to me. After particularly bad days, I’d play the 15 minute version while trying to fall asleep. It took several nights before I was still awake to hear the end. The worst day caused me to play it 4 times. The only way it could be more helpful would be to not be so funny. I’ve played the two minute version for coworkers who were struggling with @$&# colleagues. It #%¥&@ works like magic! Thank you Jason! P.S.: best user support ever. When an Apple update made it stop working, Jason himself replied, and within 2-3 days, it was working again.

The best way I can describe this meditation is the Sanskrit term satyagraha “holding onto truth.” It’s not about what Gandhi said about turning ridicule into respect—although it does very much do that. But what I love about this is its sincerity. It’s the meditation I always turn to; it relaxes me in my most troubled state. It’s disarming, charming, intellectual and honest in the best of ways. It was one of the few things, and by far the most important, during the darkest time in my life. And it is now an everyday staple for me and my girlfriend. This needs to be more than $2, and if I could rate it more than 5 stars I would.

5/5Joy in a sometimes bleak world
This app has been the best investment I’ve ever made in an app purchase. Whenever I’m stressed out by other people, this is a perfect salve. It is real and effective guided meditation. It also helps me smile and laugh when I need it most. The humor is intentional and very effective. It provides a therapeutic release of negativity and helps me relax without all the woo woo, new-age garbage. If you want to enjoy life, this app is worth every penny.

5/5REALLY EFFECTIVE!
I got this app almost 4 years ago for fun but the last two days some rude and wrong people messed with me early in my day. After doing a little EFT refocusing, H*nest Meditation brought me to a deep, relaxed, balanced, optimistic reset more than my regular meditations would have. This is so great. BLESS MR. Headley for this great service to humanity. Thank you! Ahhhh. Buying his book to support him and this work more...I’m serious!

5/5lbest meditation app for a **** day...
OK, I am a former sailor, Vietnam vet, fluent in obscenity in several languages, and Richard Pryor fan and I love this app. (Full discosure, I also volunteer in our hospital's spritual care office do I consider myself....well rounded?) If 10% happier (which I also love) is the 'religion neutral" guide to meditation, this is, indeed, the Armed Forces / Heathen version. And it works for me on many days.
