Watch App updates * Heart Rate colour coded so you know what zone you are in at a glance * Routines now display as a list on the watch, choose the order you do them in and mark off as you go * When adding exercises on the watch, they are categorised as a list, enabling you to easily find and add exercises to your session * Heart Rate zones for cardio workouts are now also displayed in the History Tab on the phone.

PROGRESS Switch between Weights and Cardio with one tap at the top of Progress Volume chart now has Week, Month, and Year views, not just weekly Estimated 1RM now reliably tracks from Apple Watch workouts, not just ones logged on the phone HOME SCREEN New Today card shows exercises, reps, weight lifted, calories, and cardio sessions for today at a glance Quick Start is now full-width and easier to hit mid-set Routines moved to their own page so the home screen stays focused on today HISTORY New lifetime totals at the top: total sessions, sets, weight lifted, and cardio distance BUG FIXES Fixed: Apple Watch workouts weren't recording personal records, so the 1RM trend chart could stay empty even with regular training Fixed: cardio session duration on cross-trainer, bike, rowing, and stair climber could show as 0 minutes even after a full session Achievements now correctly unlock from Apple Watch-logged workouts

Redesigned workout screen — swipe between exercises, track sets with progress dots, and see your last session's numbers while you work. Rest timer now shows on your phone screen after every set, not just on the Lock Screen. New app icon. Purple rings, amber bolt. Accidentally started a workout? You can now discard it completely — no fake data saved. Exercise library now browses by muscle group. Chest, back, legs — tap the group, find the exercise. New app icon (yes it's worth mentioning twice).

    minor bug fixes and enhancements

  • 1.7

Weight increment, your way. Choose 1.25 kg, 2.5 kg, or a custom step for the +/– buttons — on both iPhone and Apple Watch. Cardio tracking, completed. Finishing a cardio session on iPhone now asks for distance, resistance, or incline before saving — the same detail the Watch has always captured. Progress tab, decluttered. The exercise picker now only shows lifts you've actually logged. No more scrolling past 200 exercises to find your bench press. Edit routines (Pro). Long-press any routine to edit it in place — rename, reorder, add or remove exercises without starting from scratch. Restore purchase. Added a Restore Purchase option in Profile for anyone reinstalling or switching devices. Bug fixes. 1RM records and achievements now unlock correctly from Watch workouts. Cardio session durations from the Watch were showing as ~0 minutes — fixed.
