"body": "(Writing this on November of 2023) this app surprised me with how user friendly it is and how well thought out it is considering its size. A lot of apps that have millions of users are just clunky and bad, but this app is deferent! It’s amazing and I love how many work outs it has! I genuinely can’t think of anything bad about this app besides that it doesn’t have iPad support, but that’s kinda expected when it’s an app you use primarily on a phone in the gym. Apart from that, 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟",

"body": "This app is perfect for anyone who wants to creat their own custom workout plan, as it contains the vast majority of exercises in their database (including a the muscles it hits, a tutorial, and execution tips) as well as an option that allows you to put the weight you will be using during each set, and a live rest timer that can be customized by the exercise. Overall, the closest app to what I needed. Wouldn’t recommend for those with little to no experience or research into lifting and who don’t know exactly what they want. Would also like more specific descriptions of which muscle the exercise is hitting (ex: just shoulders vs anterior delts). Also, a dark mode would be nice. In general, very few complaints and an extremely underrated app.",

"body": "I’ve been using this app for 2 years and left a review in the beginning about things that needed improving and still nothing has changed or updated! I regret buying it for the second year. There’s no way to track minutes on things like elliptical, running, or other cardio machines. If it’s in a GYM you should be able to track it! Also there are so few exercises! Need more body weight options and stability ball options! Adding in a custom exercise is time consuming, so I’m not going to do it anymore. JEFIT is free and has hundreds/thousands more workouts. I will be switching unless this gets updated soon.",

"body": "This app is amazing you can have a coach make you a gym plan/workout routine or you could custom make your own gym routine. And make sure to know what equipment is in your gym so that you can make the right routine and so can the coach. Although there are some workouts that are blocked the vast majority of them are accessible. Overall 10/10.",

"body": "In general, the app is good, but need a lot of improvement, one of the things supposed to be showing my next day work out plan but it keep the exercises been done and no indicator that work out being done as well. No application for Apple Watch. It’s need improvement as well with the timer notification as well to add focus muscles that is missing as well. Comparing with other application this application but not that great.",
