   I wish someone could help this app continually fails to work and ever since the latest update to iOS it constantly crashes as soon as you open it and take several times for it to open and once it does open, usually get the spinning wheel death and it doesn’t connect to your NVR. This is very concerning as this is supposed to be a security system and give me some comfort and the ability to view my business or location whenever I want to and the way this works is whenever it wants to. This needs some serious attention, and I hope Apple can step in and contact these developers so this can be remedied once and for all.

2. 1/5Remote Playback Broken

   Live View and Playback is still sometimes glitchy. When app opens, sometimes the live view shows video that’s not current, for example daytime view when it’s night, so it’s showing what the app last was displaying to the user for that camera. This happens with multiple cameras in the multicam view layout. You have to open one of the cameras for the app to update the view. Basically, the app sometimes does not load up the feed but shows a cached local view for some reason. Also, Playback is still glitched where even on local LAN, you scrub the video to get to a point on the time scale and the video doesn’t go there, you have to wait. It’s only gotten worse the more updates that come out from the developer. Last update to the app has made it impossible to view playback video remotely on the WAN. Why the developers insists on braking the app with every update is beyond me! Very poor codec and CPU utilization for video both on local WiFi and remote WAN because they refuse to utilize proper hardware acceleration under current dev tools.

   I have read most of the reviews, and I disagree with the ones saying the app doesn’t work or has issues. My company uses this app almost exclusively which includes over 150 NVRs or DVRs, and 98% are connected right now. Most connection issues are internet/cell signal related and has nothing to do with the app. Is the app the most user friendly? No. It could certainly be simplified for most users. However, this app has been much more reliable and usable than some past providers. Guard Station, the desktop app, is quite the opposite. There are many issues with that software, but for the most part, the app is extremely usable. I would say that if you’re an individual who has trouble with a lot of tech then this app is probably not your best option. It takes some trail and error to tweak to your needs, but functionally, it works great in my opinion. Again, most issues are end user related (ie: internet) not app related.

4. 1/5Needs admin level

   This app works good, only problemis, Does not have admin level access ,so you can send an invitation to some one and when they Quit, you can not delete them from the system. Cause you nned to give your main user id and password , so evertime someone leaves you need to reset the password from beginning. Share this access tab doesnt work, does not email or create a temporary user. If this app let you create a temporary user and able to delete them, lt would be the best cloud cam app. I have amcrest and it has the option, 4 years old, i was surprised that this one wouldn't have a temp user log in credentials. There is no support email to ask this for help from developer, it sends the link to main page and there is no email exist for support. Until i find another app, we are stuck with this.

5. 2/5Poor UI and Notifications

   The notifications always say “new alert from and don’t use the camera name. This is incredibly annoying with 9 cameras and not knowing which is going off until the app is open. The notifications list never refreshes when opening properly, it just spins and then has to be loaded manually with a swipe down action. The UI is clunky and there are a lot of errors but overall the rest of the app is good. I want to like the app but I wish the notifications were useful.
