2/5Doesn’t Let me see how much money my restaurant made
I trained lots of times to see how much money I made from my restaurant and I had to call GH so I can see it’s not very good i recommend GH let us see how much money we made

1/5Something is not right
As a small restaurant owner, after signed up with Ubereats, and door dash , I also joined GrubHub even GrubHub isn’t doing good in our area . since I am choosing the lowest, 15% commission fee , I can give my customers a better price compare to Ubereats and doordash. It is a big delivery company, I fully trusted them, unfortunately 6 six months later I realized that we were paying 35% of the total sale to GrubHub. I was so shocked, look into it I found out that they changed us additional 10% of the delivery fee, 5% of the service fee from the total sale, feels like we were cheated. Wow, great! GrubHub passed all the cost to us. We gave the Lowest price to the customer and pay the highest fees to GrubHub. Very interesting, which restaurant is going to pay that much money in order to work with Grubhub? Do the simple math. I would not if I know they do that. I am leaving them, I have great food , my customers will go to Ubereats or food dash if they miss my food. Being reasonable even though you love money.

This 15% commission is fake. First of all, they cheat about commission, and second very important thing, 1 negative review, and you lose. No body will order again from your store. And of story. I call them, try to manage it, to delete 1* star review, this isn’t really a review, just one star and that’s it. No review. Even customer have an issue, we don’t know what is happened. We just lose business at GrubHub, and sell via Uber and DoorDash, they more loyal about it. Good luck GrubHub with your business!!

1/5Sending Violations and losing the best drivers
I know a lot of California drivers who worked full time at Grubhub and are leaving grubhub because of the violations they are getting in Grubhub fault system. Grubhub is losing the best drivers who worked hard for the company.

This App never works properly. Being a big company like Grubhub, I don’t understand why they can’t invest some people to maintain it. It’s done 90% of the time. I’m thinking of taking them off my restaurant!

$15 for 35 miles is a wild offer. Yall do know we have to get back right? 35 Miles to get the job done and about 30-35 miles to get back to our hometown being $15 for a total of 65-70 miles... this is ridiculous to ask of someone

this my first time being hired and y'all have a 4.5 which is really good for rating and doordash only got 3.9 so y'all doing so much better than doordash lmao also use to be a platinum driver for doordash till they banned me because their app was glitching out so badly I couldn't complete an order on time

When it works. it works well. Difficulties arise with dealing with the maps, which rely on GPS coordinates that aren't always accurate to real-life locations. The Grubhub servers often slow down map updates during peak hours. Drivers are only rated by customers on a 5 star scale of overall satisfaction, not any specific parameters.Finally, technical support for the app might as well be non-existent. The way to contact them is via e-mail and no acknowledgement is given that concerns are noted.

The Grubhub servers often slow down map updates during peak hours. Drivers are only rated by customers on a 5 star scale of overall satisfaction, not any specific parameters.Finally, technical support for the app might as well be non-existent. The way to contact them is via e-mail and no acknowledgement is given that concerns are noted.",
