1. 4/5Support and offer screen could improve

   One gig took me to a house in a neighborhood. I called support, and the Indian voice on the other end kept telling me it’s a virtual restaurant. I understood that, but virtual restaurants are in real restaurants, not houses. I knew this was the nearby Ihop, so I drove there, and I couldn’t mark “arrived,” because I wasn’t in that housing addition. I called support again and was again told it’s a virtual restaurant. I explained several times slowly so that he could understand that I know it’s a virtual restaurant, and that it’s in the IHOP I was at, not in the house the app led me to. He wasn’t getting it. Out of frustration, I finally figured out how to remove myself from this delivery. I took a hit from GrubHub for doing so. My first “strike” from a delivery app. I tried my best. Regarding the offer screen, I can’t see the map. There’s just a thin bit of map above the delivery information, and I have to move that sliver of a map around to find pickup and delivery locations. The arrow that is supposed to move the text down and out of the way moves it about 1 mm down. In other words, it doesn’t do anything. I also wish the app map in between orders would focus in on my location rather than the entire GrubHub delivery zone.

   Double orders are a disaster for the drivers while we would love to make money and get more runs it just doesn’t run smoothly 90% of the time when receiving double orders. U pick one order up then go to the next and it’s not ready grub hub sends u messages saying looks like u picked up an order but aren’t moving toward the drop off location..well u can’t move anywhere until u receive the 2nd order..Vice versa u except a double order then get to the 1St pick up and the food isn’t ready u have a good chance that grub hub is going to reassign the 2nd order bcuz u aren’t moving toward picking it up because u are still waiting for the first to be ready which then messes up the drivers cancellation ratings which is totally unfair because it is not the driver fault that the first order isn’t ready so u get penalized for the restaurant not having first order ready! Just always turns out for the worst on the driver .very rare do u receive a double order and both orders are ready and the delivery runs smooth! DOESNT HAPPEN OFTEN! Not fair to the drivers ! We have no support when it comes to that we get the bad end of the stick every which way on double orders! Also u have one customer wondering what’s going on with there food that u picked up 20 min ago but have to wait for the 2nd order so u get bad ratings from customers who don’t quite understand what’s going on with a double order . Like I said it’s not the best fit for the drivers.

   My wife has been doing this for a while now, at least five years. she took a break for about maybe eight months during that time but other than that she’s been doing it steadily for all this time. You guys have always had a difficult time designing your app, but this one takes the cake the app just had an update and changed where your start and stop taking deliveries button was located and now when she has been trying to sign out, it has rejected orders because the order pops up just as she’s pressing it and it just happens to be placed where the reject offers button is @. It has made her ratings plummet!!! now she’s getting really bad orders and pay worse than they already were. Y’all don’t pay people enough to make those kind of mistakes we depend on this please fix this right away and I feel you guys should be restoring her ratings and giving her better orders again because now if she doesn’t bring in enough to buy tires which the car needs so very badly,she wont be able to do this job!!! I’ll fix your rating when you fix my wife’s as well as fix the button layout! Other than this frustration, I would like to say that she appreciates this delivery app more than any of the others your customer service is amazing. There’s fewer delivery errors. And overall it’s a great service. She chose you guys because she loved ordering through your app so please fix this so we don’t lose our house! Please

4. 1/5Errors with navigating

   Today I had the worst experience in the world as I try to do my best and everything I do, and especially taking care of the customers because it’s important to me. I take pride and everything that I do the app today did not help me at all it did not help me reach customer service as I had to Google the phone number to speak to a representative, as there was an error in in navigating, the navigating button did not put the right address did not take me to the right place wasted my time and then the order was passed along to someone else it’s not the passing along that I mind is that I was inconvenienced by the error of the navigation button by not taking me where I needed to go and then on top of that there was no way for me to physically reach someone on the phone to respond more quickly to let know what is going on. I had to google the phone number to reach customer service. I guess this is something you already know, I’m really surprised GrubHub you are not taking action on that kind of problem. How am I supposed to deal with something like that on this app? I had to reach out on my own by googling customer service phone number reaching customer service explaining to customer service what is going on then being told and I need to go to a different site to be able to explain what is going on, I hope you guys look at this very carefully. I’m a hard-working man and I do not like to waste my time no my money, so please be more efficient for us that are out here driving

5. 2/5Deactivated Account & No Help

   I use to Deliver with GrubHub a while back, about a few months ago and I was making really good money. In my area, specifically, it’s been really active so, I’m glad. But, the issue is that I took a long needed break for family health reasons and school reasons for my kids. Keep in mind, Delivering for GrubHub was a BIG, BIG, BIG help for my kids and myself. It’s just us with no family help and we’re stuck in a hotel. GrubHun was helping us out of the hole were stuck in but, NOW when I went to log back in it told me my account needed to be reactivated. Which I filled the forms out and sent in the documents and I’ve gotten nowhere. None of my information has changed. My background is the same, address the same, EVERYTHING IS THE SAME. So, why am I having such a hard time getting my account reactivated?!?!?! I don’t get it. This app originally had my 100% full support but, apparently they don’t have the delivery drivers backs I guess. This mad me so upset and sad because it would’ve been my only source of income for right now. I hope you’re listening GrubHub. I’ve gone through the emails that told me my background check was done and that you’d notify my if anything else was needed from me and I haven’t heard a peep. No other emails or messages. Only one that says you hope my issues have been resolved. That’s it. But, they weren’t resolved. I literally just need my account reactivated l. That’s all. Why is this so hard to do ? I’ve waited patiently for quite a while now. Can my account please, finally be reactivated?????

   If you have Amazon prime its free delivery. However, its still to costly to use regularly. They up-charge the items then want 8% on top of that as a service fee. ex: I can order whataburger meal for less than $14. With grubhub its $14. Just for burger. lol. no fries or drink included. plus tip for driver who really earns it. I could buy 2meals for price of 1 Grubhub.

   Do not use grubhub, especially if you are a small restaurant. They like to steal your money. I have been trying to get my money for 2 months now and every other day they want a different document from your bank to "verify" your bank account.

   Very horrible delivery company. Drivers are always stealing food, and grubhud still bills you for their error. The restaurant merchant app is not user-friendly at all. It is very hard to add a new item to your menu on their app. You need to do better, grubhub. On all the delivery companies we have, you are the least used by customers. You need to be competitive.
