Added unread chat tracking for global chats, including Supabase read cursors, realtime refresh, local fallback cursors, and per-map unread counts. Expanded pin chat unread tracking to group unread pins by map and allow clearing all unread pin chats for a map. Added unread indicators in bottom navigation, Explore/My Maps, map cards, and map screen UI. Added a global chat entry flow from the map screen, with read state cleared when opened. Added chat mentions: @username detection, autocomplete suggestions, highlighted/tappable mentions, mention notifications, and push message support. Added a chat_mention notification preference/toggle in account settings. Expanded map permissions with new scopes for pin creation and chat deletion, alongside existing stamp creation/placement scopes. Updated map details UI from simple stamp permissions to broader role-based map permissions for admins, mods, and members. Enforced pin-create and chat-delete permissions in Supabase policies/functions/triggers, including stricter soft-delete validation. Refreshed map permissions before gated actions like creating pins, placing stamps, managing stamps, and opening chats. Added legacy schema fallbacks for map queries so older deployments still load maps when newer permission/thumbnail fields are missing. Improved chat UX with smoother history scrolling, better “stick to bottom” behavior, body precaching, quick heart-like controls, and revised safety prompt layout. Polished empty states and copy across maps, profile activity, and address suggestions. Updated community member role display from icon-only roles to clearer role pills. Improved built-in stamp picker selection styling and spacing. Added/updated tests for map details permission-scope preservation.

This update improves how pins are organized and displayed across Groypin. You can now switch back to viewing all pins directly from the map filters, date pin filtering behaves more predictably, and pin chats now clearly show whether a pin is Infinite or tied to a specific date. Date pins can also be created or edited with past dates when needed.
