  1. 5/5Beautiful, functional & bursting with awesome recipes!

If you're looking for some great motivation put your blender to work and improve your health by eating real food- look no further! Abel, his crew and the Young & Raw team have delivered with yet another great app with something for everyone, no matter where you fall on the diet and lifestyle spectrum. So even if you haven't yet managed to break away from the Standard American Diet, or whether you're vegan, vegetarian, primal, paleo or bulletproof, this app has a wealth of information for you. This would be a five star app without the useful substitutions guide and the shopping cart feature that lets you add dozens of ingredients and share them via email with a couple clicks. Highly recommended!

  2. 5/5Amazing smoothies, great APP!

The app is so well organized. I like the 30 day list and the hopping cart makes it helpful. Great links to rating, social sites. The artwork is very beautiful. The ingredients are so healthy and easy to follow. We have a vita mix so this is a blast. I wish it could let you mark done in out of order days in the 30 day challenge? If I am out of a certain ingredient I would like to be able to check off out of order? Also it does not sync between my iPad and iPhone I'm spoiled by audible but that would be cool new feature? Also it is hard to catch up if you miss a day so being able to mark any item done instead of exact order would be nice?

  3. 5/5Fun & Healthy Living

I just finished my first 30 days using this app. While it's true that you can get most of these recipes or some variation on the internet, it's definitely encouraged me to step out of my comfort zones and try new fruits, vegetables, and herbs. I can definitely tell a difference in my energy level throughout the day as well as my overall health. I wouldn't highly recommend this app to anyone interested in green smoothies for the simple fact that it is all in one central location that is easy to follow and provides detailed information about the benefits of each of the ingredients that a recipe calls for.

  4. 5/5Yummylishes

I found this website while googling smoothie recipes. I signed up for their email list but wanted to have an app on hand to use. I was actually looking for something where you can put in what fruit you have and it would give you good smoothie recipes according to what you already have. Even though, this is a great app and I love the website. I have a lot of fun on their Facebook group too. Maybe they can add that as a feacher, where you can select what you already have, and then they can give you recipes to help you make a good combination.

  5. 1/5App is great; Recipes are god awful terrible

The app itself is very well organized with easy to follow recipes, a weekly shopping list, great photos and descriptions, etc. The recipes, however, taste terrible. I mean, totally awful with a grimaced face followed by a coffee or milk or beer chaser awful. I made it to day 3 and gave up. I don't mind adding some greens to a smoothie, but the problem with these recipes is that the greens overpower the taste of the drink to the point of it being undrinkable. Do you like cilantro? (I don't.). Day 1's taste screamed CILANTRO!!! and it was like drinking a strong salsa. Do you like cucumbers? (They're okay but can't say I seek them out.). Day 2's taste screamed CUCUMBER!!!! in spite of adding strawberries and blueberries. Day 3 was baby choy and banana, but...well, you get the idea... The next three hours after drinking these concoctions you get to taste them over and over from the burping. Week 1's grocery bill for the smoothies was $45. I think I'll stick to drinking Naked brand smoothies. Yes, they're high in (natural) sugar but drinkable. And cheaper. And probably not as healthy. But at least I drink them whereas the drinks from this app are all going down the disposal. Anyone in the market for a barely used Nutribullet Pro?

This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included. We've completely redesigned and rewritten the app from the ground up. It's now easier than ever to take the 30 day green smoothie challenge! The app now works with iOS 10.3 and iOS 11 and above. We've also adapted the app to work with larger devices, such as the iPhone 6/7/8 and iPad Pro. I hope you enjoy the update and please don't forget to leave us your review!
