5/5Never go over on your time again!
The app will let you know if your time is running out so you can just add more time no matter where you are! It’s awesome! And then there is the part where you choose 15 minutes instead of being worried and paying for an or two hours. Then you get back to your car earlier than you thought and you blew $1.50. That’s annoying. And to avoid a ticket I would put in more money than I needed. Good for Toronto but bad for me. Now it’s just right!

1/5Awful app. Awful customer service.
I never was able to get the app to work. But, of course, Green P had no trouble collecting the required initial funding for the account. I contacted customer service about the problem. Three months passed without a response, so I sent another email. A month later, I received a reply apologizing about the long delays (um yeah, okay, every company is using that excuse; meanwhile, they post record profits). I call the number given and jump through hoop after hoop. They then sent me an email requiring the exact information they just asked me for and gave (name, address, phone number and email) so that they could pass along the request for a refund. Sure, I’m going to wait another three months. No Thanks. I opened a dispute with my credit card company and deleted the app.

This app was so easy to use and super convenient. I especially like the Find Parking feature. As someone from out of town, it was extremely helpful in finding parking near where we were going.

1/5Use this app, get parking tickets
If you use this app to pay for parking, the parking enforcement officers will see your car with no printed receipt in the window and in some cases (mistakes or laziness) they will ticket your car. It is not supposed to happen, but it does. The convenience of paying with the app 3 or 4 times is completely erased when you get a ticket the 5th time even though you paid, and you have to show up at an office downtown to dispute the parking ticket. What is worse than a parking ticket? Getting one for parking you already paid for. What is the opposite of mobile app convenience? The byzantine parking ticket dispute process. This app should be removed from App Store. It’s so badly designed and implemented, it is like a trap you fall into.

1/5Full of bugs and loud notification sound
Worst ever app I’ve ever seen. Visiting Toronto parked in a place and used the app. When time limit was approaching I tried many times to extend the session that keep saying not sufficient funds, start new session while there was more than enough funds in the wallet. I made a new session it worked. But when the previous session ended there was a loud trumpet, drum, and vehicle horns sound to remind me. And woke up my sleeping son. What kind of maniac would use such an absurd sound for notifications?!
