Not only have I put at the very least I think around 5-8 inches on my vertical but my skills have improved so much, I feel overall more confident in-myself only about 3 months I’m to the program. The program makes it so easy to get better and improve your game. I couldn’t have spent 200 dollars for anything better. I went from playing freshmen team to hitting a game winner on JV and starting. This app is the most perfect training system out there and I couldn’t recommend any more.",

The personal development and the unorthodox approaches. That they take in order to make you a better basketball player and just overall better physical movement in general is astonishing. They truly earned the name good drills.",

Also this out of the world app can’t get better , you get plenty of detailed and useful drills for all of you game . But this is if you want to dominate the game. And remember good drills work if you work.",
