0/5 The worst customer service experience you will get in your lifetime! Absolutely do not list your car on GoMore. If your vehicle gets damaged by a renter, they will do everything in their power to deny your compensation and brush you off on a technicality. My car was scratched during a rental, and because I moved the car just a few meters to park it safely before the renter signed the final checkout in the app, GoMore completely refused to cover

App hosts rental prpvides whose contact information is not correct. I was not able to reach the car owner to check where to return it. I called GoMore 3 times and they were not able to help me. Extremely stressful experience.

The app is good but please allow users to copy the messages when they write to other people. Not fun to type out foreign addresses with special characters.
