GoFan is a leader in high school digital ticketing for several reasons. First, the customer service offered by GoFan is second to none. They are constantly working to stay on the forefront of the needs of the high school and fans in the high school space. Also, the multifunctional method of receiving your tickets via email, app, or in real time makes purchasing simple. Costs to purchase online is comparable if not better than the competitors. Payment options from credit card to Apple Pay allows buying tickets to go smoothly especially after the original purchase. And finally, the ease to validate on site makes getting into the events a breeze. Great product + Great Customer Service = Winning Team (GoFan).

1/5Useless Tickets and Poorly Designed App
I pre-purchased tickets for a soccer game and the app did not inform me that I need to login, not even after purchasing tickets. It asked for zero information other than my number to text me. I clicked “text me” below it, just so you know it wasn’t a flaw on my end. There is no receipt for these tickets, not in my iMessage, not in my email, no where to be found. There is no way to tell I bought tickets other than my bank app, it says I purchased $15 worth of tickets for the soccer game and once I showed up to the game to get in, they were nowhere to be found. I had purchase another $15 worth of tickets, which totaled to $30. I will be contacting my bank and if it doesn’t get refunded, I will consider suing the app. This app has had way too many problems, bugs, and glitches. You need to fix it, I’ve seen so many people struggle with the same problem or other issues, such as not receiving an email for the tickets. I have seen people breakdown or start complaining because of issues with the app upon arrival of the event. I have just been made aware that this app doesn’t do refunds under any circumstances, your app was poorly designed so therefore my tickets that have disappeared are also your fault, legally you have stolen money from me and I will be in contact with both my bank and a lawyer if this issue is not resolved as easily as a simple $15 refund. If you explain why it is I cannot receive my refund then I perhaps will understand, I just need to know where or how I can receive my refund if not through the bank.

I used this service to buy tickets to an away game for my son’s baseball team. The service was fast and easy to use. What I didn’t notice when I purchased the tickets is that there was a softball game scheduled at the same time between the same two schools and I accidentally bought tickets to the softball game. I emailed customer service and they were able to cancel my purchase the following day. After I purchased the correct tickets, the baseball game ended up being canceled because of field conditions and the school issued a refund without issue. I prefer the ease of use of this service over the system that our school athletic program uses.

1/5Bought useless tickets…
We pre-purchased tickets for a game at a school in a different county. Upon arriving at the school we were told that the school NEVER sells tickets online and does NOT have an account with GoFan. We ended up having to pay (again!) cash to get in to the game. We immediately contacted GoFan to try and resolve this issue and we were told that they have a no refund under any circumstance policy. I am not sure how GoFan gets away with selling tickets to a school that they don’t have an account with. So buyer beware!! Don’t purchase GoFan tickets in advance because EVEN if they advertise the game tickets on their site, they may not do you any good when you get there. Lesson learned, money lost— we will never pre-purchase tickets on GoFan again. We will wait till we are at the ticket counter to ensure the school actually uses GoFan. Also, I will be petitioning for OUR county to stop using GoFan or at least offer a cash option so that I don’t get my money stolen again!

What I didn’t notice when I purchased the tickets is that there was a softball game scheduled at the same time between the same two schools and I accidentally bought tickets to the softball game. I emailed customer service and they were able to cancel my purchase the following day. After I purchased the correct tickets, the baseball game ended up being canceled because of field conditions and the school issued a refund without issue. I prefer the ease of use of this service over the system that our school athletic program uses.",

          "body": "We pre-purchased tickets for a game at a school in a different county. Upon arriving at the school we were told that the school NEVER sells tickets online and does NOT have an account with GoFan. We ended up having to pay (again!) cash to get in to the game. We immediately contacted GoFan to try and resolve this issue and we were told that they have a no refund under any circumstance policy. I am not sure how GoFan gets away with selling tickets to a school that they don’t have an account with. So buyer beware!! Don’t purchase GoFan tickets in advance because EVEN if they advertise the game tickets on their site, they may not do you any good when you get there. Lesson learned, money lost— we will never pre-purchase tickets on GoFan again. We will wait till we are at the ticket counter to ensure the school actually uses GoFan. Also, I will be petitioning for OUR county to stop using GoFan or at least offer a cash option so that I don’t get my money stolen again!",
