1. 1/5No reminder to complete a trip

   When commuting, I'm not really thinking about having to open an app to complete the trip. I just want to get to work on time. What's even more frustrating is by the time I remember, it's usually the next day when I'm getting ready to drive again and since more than a day has passed, I'm unable to hit "complete". Why is the onus only on the drivers to complete a trip? The carpooler should be able to do that seeing as how they don't even have to be the one driving. Surely they can hit a button and are happy to to get the incentive? Even if I do remember and it's a couple hours after the trip, the complete button doesn't show up and only after I try to access the trip multiple times does it finally display the complete button. These seem like very simple changes to implement

2. 1/5Poor UI design

   I am not even sure where to start. The fact that there is 1.7 ratings says a lot of what the app is capable for. Anyhow I will try to pinpoint the exact issues and hopefully be able to fulfill the ultimate goal of shared rides. 1. App doesn’t let me select the rider although I see a list available. There is no selection button or anything that does it. I hope the developers try to use the app themselves. 2. If the whole intent is to share rides the app should simply let me select an individual for the ride. The app doesn’t let me select the old people . Although the same people can easily text and make arrangement as a help anyhow. Again point of app is defeated. 3. Lot of people have already mentioned the complete trip so won’t repeat again. 4. I can’t copy the address in google maps directly. At the bare minimum if the app can’t support map you can atleast make it to start navigation in one of the apps. The list is long but I really hope the developers try to use the app themselves and experience the front end. The ultimate objective of shared rides is not happening with this version for sure.

3. 1/5Terribly buggy and overcomplicated

   This app is full of bugs I had to force close it like 5 times within the first few minutes of using it. Also, this app is way too complicated. I just want to see the shuttle stops and times. Why are there so many tabs and none of them are what I want. The old app was way better

4. 5/5App works well - incentives not paying out

   Update - myself and a few others who use this app aren’t receiving the daily incentive, and haven’t in a while it seems after checking it. App works well, the only feedback I can think about giving is make the trips more automated without having to manually complete ride. It’s not even an issue, just an idea to throw your way.
