5/5The app have many flaws
First of all, app shows estimated delivery time and if there's a delay the time only changes without notice of delay. Estimated time of delivery is frequently unrealistically short and not possible hence the delay is frequent. There's no option to see location of restaurants, and therefore there's no way of telling if the estimated delivery time is even possible or you will have to wait until your food finally arrive cold. There is no option of leaving reviews and comments for restaurants, only thumbs up (like) or dislikes, and therefore the restaurants also don't have any feedback about customers reviews. The only option is to file complaint to Glovo customers service, which we all know is not so good,and they will maybe relay to restaurants. Frequently happens that you can see restaurants, search and pick your food only to get message that order is not accepted from restaurant because they're closed. If they're closed remove them from selection in app please. To summarize, lots and lots of places to improve. Realistically i use it because there's no other choice since they bought and crushed local "Donesi" service that didn't hadhave any of the above mentioned issues, when they were late you even got an apology message, small thing but makes you feel they actually care for the customers, unlike Glovo.

2/5When it works it’s good, but when it doesn’t… it’s awful.
2-Stars mainly on ability to solve problems quickly. Ordered food that was supposed to arrive at 18:30. 19:30 came around and food was said to be “delivered”. Went into app and they said “wait a few minutes”. I did that then, I submitted issue that food was not delivered and I was not contacted. Response was they would get back to me in 48 hours. Meanwhile I am without food and a pending charge to my credit card. With competition like Uber, they should really improve customer service game. I’ve had good experiences with Glovo, but when it goes bad it goes really bad and the risk is not worth it. Do something else. A resposta foi que iriam entrar em contacto comigo dentro de 48 horas. Entretanto, fiquei sem comida e com uma cobrança pendente no cartão de crédito. Com concorrência como a Uber, deviam mesmo melhorar o serviço de apoio ao cliente. Já tive boas experiências com a Glovo, mas quando corre mal, corre mesmo muito mal e o risco não compensa. Transaction on the card was marked as suspicious, as my bank informed me about 10mins since I placed the order. While the courier was on his way from the shop, I contacted the support to try and find a solution, while confirming with my bank that your company is not a fraudulent company (joke is on me now I guess). While I was on the chat, your support agent was screaming on the phone to the courier who arrived in the meantime at my parent’s house. Yup, screaming at the courier. Then screaming at my parent “WHO ORDERED THIS FOR YOU”. I am still online with the support, I guess they are not communicating in real time with each other, trying to change the type of payment, I am still hoping that there is a chance for my parents to get their groceries, groceries I am trying to pay for and stop all of the nonsence. But, no luck for us. Order cancelled. Courier got no money. We got the screaming. We got highly unprofessional behavior for what? For something that was not our fault. We tried to fix something that had nothing to do with us, and yet your company ended up charging my account (another suspicious activity) for the cancelled order. 🤯 After all of that, another agent had the audacity to say that the order was canceled because my parents did not know the details of the order (?!). So we got the screaming, the lying, and the charge for the cancellation made by you without offering another way of payment. Excelent customer service and general common sense! (Glovo Serbia)

1/5Fraud Alert! Buyer beware!
Charged and DID get any of the food. Then shut out of the account and my card is being used without my permission I'm in one country my husband is in another. I need to go grocery shopping for my husband & our household. I place my order as usual and it didn't go through. I thought it was because I use an American Express. I put another card in. It didn't go through. I thought it was because it was a Mastercard. I tried my final card which is a visa and it went through for one store (small items under $30). I proceeded to go grocery shopping at the next store and my card was blocked. My account was blocked and I was told that I need to send my identification as well as a copy of the card. I sent all of the information over and then got a letter indicating that I was no longer allowed to use the app. Not only did my husband not get the second batch of groceries. I am out of time and money it took for me to communicate with these folks. I believe there may be some type of fraud going on because why do you need anyone's personal information if you're not going to utilize it for your service??? I suggest reporting this app and anyone connected to it to the FBI crimes division because I'm sure they're using our information for something and it's not to buy groceries. Totally wrong for collect peoples personal information, if it's not going to be use for the service.

Ordered food for delivery. When checking the status, I noticed it was changed to pickup. I tried to report through the App but it directed me to call restaurant. Called restaurant several times, but they would pick up the phone and then immediately hang up. I then contacted Glovo customer service via the App, explained the situation. I actually had screen shots showing how I ordered delivery ASAP and how it switched it to pickup. They contacted the restaurant and I was informed it would be delivered “pronto”. 45 mins later still no order. Contact Glovo help chat again. Had to go through same process. They again not it says “pickup”. I asked them if they have all my chat history (which I made screen shots of) that showed it was ordered for delivery. I send them all the screen shots. Again they call restaurant and tell me it will be delivered shortly. Again no delivery. I contact restaurant. They finally answer and talk to me. Tell me it will be delivered “pronto”. Again, nothing. Contact Glovo again, share the details. Agent tells me it was elevated to a supervisor. Two or three days later, I get email saying they reviewed my case and will not issue a refund (despite all the documentation). So, essentially paid for food, got no food and got no refund. Will not be using the App in the future more order from that restaurant.

          "body": "First of all, app shows estimated delivery time and if there's a delay the time only changes without notice of delay. Estimated time of delivery is frequently unrealistically short and not possible hence the delay is frequent. There's no option to see location of restaurants, and therefore there's no way of telling if the estimated delivery time is even possible or you will have to wait until your food finally arrive cold. There is no option of leaving reviews and comments for restaurants, only thumbs up (like) or dislikes, and therefore the restaurants also don't have any feedback about customers reviews. The only option is to file complaint to Glovo customers service, which we all know is not so good,and they will maybe relay to restaurants. Frequently happens that you can see restaurants, search and pick your food only to get message that order is not accepted from restaurant because they're closed. If they're closed remove them from selection in app please. To summarize, lots and lots of places to improve. Realistically i use it because there's no other choice since they bought and crushed local \"Donesi\" service that didn't hadhave any of the above mentioned issues, when they were late you even got an apology message, small thing but makes you feel they actually care for the customers, unlike Glovo.",

          "body": "2-Stars mainly on ability to solve problems quickly. Ordered food that was supposed to arrive at 18:30. 19:30 came around and food was said to be “delivered”. Went into app and they said “wait a few minutes”. I did that then, I submitted issue that food was not delivered and I was not contacted. Response was they would get back to me in 48 hours. Meanwhile I am without food and a pending charge to my credit card. With competition like Uber, they should really improve customer service game. I’ve had good experiences with Glovo, but when it goes bad it goes really bad and the risk is not worth it. Do something else.           "body": "Transaction on the card was marked as suspicious, as my bank informed me about 10mins since I placed the order. While the courier was on his way from the shop, I contacted the support to try and find a solution, while confirming with my bank that your company is not a fraudulent company (joke is on me now I guess). While I was on the chat, your support agent was screaming on the phone to the courier who arrived in the meantime at my parent’s house. Yup, screaming at the courier. Then screaming at my parent “WHO ORDERED THIS FOR YOU”. I am still online with the support, I guess they are not communicating in real time with each other, trying to change the type of payment, I am still hoping that there is a chance for my parents to get their groceries, groceries I am trying to pay for and stop all of the nonsence. But, no luck for us. Order cancelled. Courier got no money. We got the screaming. We got highly unprofessional behavior for what? For something that was not our fault. We tried to fix something that had nothing to do with us, and yet your company ended up charging my account (another suspicious activity) for the cancelled order. 🤯 After all of that, another agent had the audacity to say that the order was canceled because my parents did not know the details of the order (?!). So we got the screaming, the lying, and the charge for the cancellation made by you without offering another way of payment. Excelent customer service and general common sense! (Glovo Serbia)",

          "body": "Charged and DID get any of the food. Then shut out of the account and my card is being used without my permission I'm in one country my husband is in another. I need to go grocery shopping for my husband & our household. I place my order as usual and it didn't go through. I thought it was because I use an American Express. I put another card in. It didn't go through. I thought it was because it was a Mastercard. I tried my final card which is a visa and it went through for one store (small items under $30). I proceeded to go grocery shopping at the next store and my card was blocked. My account was blocked and I was told that I need to send my identification as well as a copy of the card. I sent all of the information over and then got a letter indicating that I was no longer allowed to use the app. Not only did my husband not get the second batch of groceries. I am out of time and money it took for me to communicate with these folks. I believe there may be some type of fraud going on because why do you need anyone's personal information if you're not going to utilize it for your service??? I suggest reporting this app and anyone connected to it to the FBI crimes division because I'm sure they're using our information for something and it's not to buy groceries. Totally wrong for collect peoples personal information, if it's not going to be use for the service.",

          "body": "Ordered food for delivery. When checking the status, I noticed it was changed to pickup. I tried to report through the App but it directed me to call restaurant. Called restaurant several times, but they would pick up the phone and then immediately hang up. I then contacted Glovo customer service via the App, explained the situation. I actually had screen shots showing how I ordered delivery ASAP and how it switched it to pickup. They contacted the restaurant and I was informed it would be delivered “pronto”. 45 mins later still no order. Contact Glovo help chat again. Had to go through same process. They again not it says “pickup”. I asked them if they have all my chat history (which I made screen shots of) that showed it was ordered for delivery. I send them all the screen shots. Again they call restaurant and tell me it will be delivered shortly. Again no delivery. I contact restaurant. They finally answer and talk to me. Tell me it will be delivered “pronto”. Again, nothing. Contact Glovo again, share the details. Agent tells me it was elevated to a supervisor. Two or three days later, I get email saying they reviewed my case and will not issue a refund (despite all the documentation). So, essentially paid for food, got no food and got no refund. Will not be using the App in the future more order from that restaurant.",
