I listen to this station because of their presenters, lively commentary, pure soothing programs, a bit of news here and there that it brings me back to this station. Yes, i have local radio stations that do broadcast a variety of programas and classical music, but this station is unique because of the quality and fun program hosts.I am located outside the UK, have broadcasted stations from others parts if the world but would recommend it to set it in your preset memory buttons on your devices. It is too delish a radio stations not to follow. I mean, even my chickens love the music when i am gardening … they seem to hang around me when i am playing the station. They can’t be wrong either!!! Thank you for your work and well planned programming!!

5/5Reliable and trustworthy
I live in the U.S and it is hard to trust the mainstream media - radio, TV, cable or newspapers. I rely on Global Player to provide news happening here and across the world. In the U.S. news events are largely censored, ignored or propagandized. Social media is seemingly delivered by bar stool pundits - a lot of opinions and no substance. The U.S. has gone rogue. Global Player provides sensible information. I need it and so do a whole lot of Americans. Thank you. ( I really enjoy James O’Brien.)

5/5Classic FM - all the thumbs up!
I used to listen to Classic FM 30 years ago when I was at university in the UK - it's wonderful to rediscover it in this across -the -pond mode, with all the various programs. Loved the recent hall of fame day devoted to film music and a fan of Jonathan Ross 's Sat PM program as well (though I have to set an alarm to remind me that "Saturday night at the movies" actually starts at 1 pm my time). Thanks for making this available via Global Player! Jennifer Jenkins

The Stranger Things WSQK radio station has been the best part of my holidays and I will be sad to have it go away but very glad to have had it these last 6 weeks. You are amazing for putting it on the net and making the 80s so fun complete with Hawkins updates and adverts. Thank you doesn’t seem like enough gratitude for the joy you’ve brought me this year! Thank you nonetheless. This was brilliant!

Edit: Have been a one term lover of Classic FM since studying in the UK in 2004 (not 2024). I play it at work, colleges comment and now see the benefit on their production and mood. I leave it paying ALL day at home , even while I’m out and my fur babies enjoy ‘Pet Classics’. It’s the only music that my new addition (F baby born on Tuesday) has been acquainted with. The GREATEST station!

          "body": "I listen to this station because of their presenters, lively commentary, pure soothing programs, a bit of news here and there that it brings me back to this station. Yes, i have local radio stations that do broadcast a variety of programas and classical music, but this station is unique because of the quality and fun program hosts.I am located outside the UK, have broadcasted stations from others parts if the world but would recommend it to set it in your preset memory buttons on your devices. It is too delish a radio stations not to follow. I mean, even my chickens love the music when i am gardening … they seem to hang around me when i am playing the station. They can’t be wrong either!!!           "body": "I live in the U.S and it is hard to trust the mainstream media - radio, TV, cable or newspapers. I rely on Global Player to provide news happening here and across the world. In the U.S. news events are largely censored, ignored or propagandized. Social media is seemingly delivered by bar stool pundits - a lot of opinions and no substance. The U.S. has gone rogue.
