1. 5/5SOOO GOOD! ADDICTIVE!

   This is my first review, but I absolutely love Glimmer. I love the interaction with characters within stories and I love the authors that write them. It’s honestly a wonderful way to bring communities together that share the common interests in a fandom. I love the people that make this and I highly support them. I’ve been playing this for three months straight, everyday! I’d love if there was a way to go back on a certain choice you made, instead of having returns. But it was honestly a kind thing for the dev to put in.

2. 4/5Super fun but one thing…

   I’ve had this app for a while now and I open it almost every day cause I get so hooked. The authors, AI, and the community are great, there’s no negativity that I’ve seen. But I have one concern. I’m not sure if it’s an author thing that they control or the app itself, but when I type my own custom it has a limit to how much I can write. This really bums me out because I like going in depth with what I want to happen. I think if I were able to write without such a small limit to what I can write, I would be engaging with the app a lot more. Hope this gets fixed and will help in the future!

3. 3/5Amazing app a few glitches

   This app is so good, like it has many character of many fandoms the authors seem very chill, I have nothing but nice things to say about the app but there I don’t like the whole “you still have free turns but you played as much as you can today” thing, don’t get me wrong it’s so the servers don’t overwork and I get and understand that!, but I don’t like that it pops up before I can use 28 turns, and the fact I have to wait the whole 24 hours💔, I was wondering if it was a bug or not but also I was wondering if in the future the cool down can be less than a whole day, especially if I don’t use the full 60 turns🥀

4. 4/5Almost perfect

   This app knocks the engagement with stories out of the park. My only genuine complaint alongside other people. Is the turn currency. I think that the refill system should be changed from getting a 100 refresh in 24 hours to a trinkle system. Like once you use a turn, it would already begin refilling. Say like it takes 5 minutes to refill one turn until it reaches the 100 limit. It would be more consistent especially since most people using this app drain their turns with multiple stories.

5. 4/5Amazing but

   I love this app, I use it shamelessly lol but I wish that you could dislike certain tags to have them appear less. F!reader is probably one of the most common to be recommended because I’m sure its mainly women using the app, but I prefer oc or m!reader and it gets hard to find stories I’m comfortable with playing. This isn’t enough for me to give the app a one star but I’m sure some others would love to have the option to lessen the amount of f!reader that gets suggested to me, and have my actual presence suggested instead.
