I really loved this app and used it frequently for making gifs. However, this recent update has taken away a lot of the features that I really enjoyed, such as being able resize the gif, adding text, and having a myriad of filters to choose from. With these features gone, I have hard time imagining that I’ll be using this app much in the future, which is a shame because I really loved how easy it was to make high quality gifs.

3/5Useful but could be better
It’s a decent gif maker and makes empty fast, but the quality takes a pretty big dip without there being any choice to st least make it a higher quality, not to mention the annoying album saves that you can’t turn off meaning your photos app is cluttered with multiple one gif albums. You’d think there’d be more options with that $7 lifetime pass yknow?🤷‍♂️

1/5Less Features Than Ever Before
I liked the quality of the gifs from this app, so I’ve stuck with it for the last couple years. You used to be able to photo edit within the gifs, apply filters, adjust speed (the 0.8x speed was so good), etc. but now it’s just a glorified mp4 to .gif converter. There are tons of websites you can do this on for free. I would happy to pay if the developer would give the users back these editing tools and let users add text to gifs. For the time being, I’m deleting the app because it’s functionality useless.

1/5In all respect the recent update completely ruined app
Was the best app to make gifs. Had great options. Now it is bare bones trim and crop as the only editing features. What happened? And on top of it when you crop a video and press the check mark to save the crop, the gif turns black and shows nothing. So essentially it doesn’t work anymore. Developers can you please re install for us the previous version we paid for we would greatly appreciate it. It was great. Now it doesn’t work and it is less of a product than when was previously purchased. This recent update downgraded the app severely. Thank you for your time and hope for a response on this issue.

1/5Broken app doesn’t work anymore
Used to work great although the editing was somewhat rudimentary. But now as of iOS 18.5 on a 14 Pro Max, if I let the video play through all of the way, it will only generate blank black boxes. I can add text, but then I have a blank black box with text. The only way I can get it to work is to quickly generate the GIF before the video plays all of the way through in the editor. Devs - please fix. I paid for this app!!!!
