Real-Time Shopping List Sync Shopping lists now sync automatically across devices. Changes from the Mealie web UI or another phone appear within seconds - no pull-to-refresh needed. Structured Ingredient Editor Edit ingredients with dedicated quantity, food, unit, and label fields instead of a single text line. Tap an ingredient to expand it, pick from your Mealie foods and units, or create new ones inline. Meal Plan, Grouped by Day The week view now groups each day's meals together (breakfast, lunch, and dinner per day) instead of all breakfasts, then all lunches - matching Mealie's web layout. Switch back to grouping by meal type anytime from the new "..." menu in the week nav bar. On iPad, a single visible meal type lays out in a 2-column grid. The week also starts on whatever first day you've set in Mealie. Bug Fixes • Fixed the "stay logged in" option - it's now saved and refreshes your session in the background. Turn it on when you sign in. • Fixed slow recipe imports (TikTok, Instagram, and other slow sources) failing with an error - they now finish in the background • Fixed recipe rating stars rendering under the new graphics engine

Your Recipe Sort Sticks The sort option you pick on the Recipes tab now stays put across app restarts - no more resetting to "Date Added" every time you open Ghee. Bug Fixes • Fixed "add recipe to shopping list" timing out on slower connections • Fixed a crash that could happen when recipe images failed to load • Fixed login failing when the server URL was entered without a path

Recipe Links Open in Ghee When a recipe links to another recipe or a shopping list, tapping it now opens it right inside Ghee instead of sending you out to your browser. Bug Fixes • Fixed a crash that could happen when tapping a link inside a recipe • Fixed a rare crash on iPhone and iPad • Improved recovery when your connection drops - edits that fail to save are no longer shown as if they worked • Fixed a visual glitch on the shopping list loading screen

Sign-In Fixes for Self-Hosted Certificates If your Mealie server uses a self-signed or custom certificate, signing in now works reliably. The app correctly honors certificates you choose to trust, and prompts you to trust an unrecognized one before you log in. Bug Fixes • Fixed sign-in failing on servers with self-signed or custom TLS certificates • Login now asks you to trust an unrecognized certificate before signing in, instead of showing a confusing "check your credentials" error • Fixed a crash that could happen when rating a recipe

Request Timeout Setting If your Mealie server is behind a slow reverse proxy, you can now adjust the request timeout in Account settings (5 to 300 seconds). The "Server unreachable" screen links directly to this setting. Stability Improvements - Fixed the app not logging you out when your session was truly expired, which could leave the app in a broken state - Fixed a crash when reordering shopping list items - "Retry" and "Check again" buttons now show a spinner while loading - Fixed repeated reloads when connected to a slow server - General stability fixes

Add to Meal Plan from the Recipe Screen No need to switch to the Meal Plan tab anymore. Open a recipe's "..." menu, choose Add to Meal Plan, pick a day and a meal, and it shows up in your plan right away. Recipe Editor Improvements The editor now scrolls to the ingredient or section you are adding or editing, so it never hides behind the keyboard. Food, unit, and tag search now shows the closest matches first. Ghee now requires Mealie server version 2.0 or newer. If your server is older, you will see a clear message at login instead of confusing errors later. Bug Fixes This update fixes two problems introduced in the last release. - Fixed creating a recipe in the app failing with an "already exists" error, even when no recipe by that name was there. Creating recipes works again - A recipe that fails to save while being created no longer leaves a blank, half made copy behind on your server - If you rename a recipe to a name your server already uses, Ghee now tells you the name it saved instead - Fixed the app closing while you worked on a shopping list, for example when you deleted checked items while another change was still saving - General stability fixes
