After trying to book my room at the same hotel it kept showing two nights instead of one. When I tried twice and correct the dates the prices jumped over 5%. It sees me trying to book and jumps the prices!! My Marriott app does not do this! Beware of this ripoff company

4/5Way better than NH app…
… but it is quite annoying to be required to update the app after every new update in the day of the launch. It just happened to me, I was traveling abroad with limited data plan, no wifi nearby. Unless is a critical security update (which was not never described on the release notes) or the running version is too old, this is a very non-user-friendly thing to do.

4/5I can't seem to have my Discovery credit applied to my booking
How is it that my D250 credit I wanted to use before it expires did not get credited to my new booking for Avani Chaweng Samui Hotel & Beach Club? I've booked my stay for 3 nights from Monday, May 27th - Thursday, May 30th, 2024! Please advise what my Discovery Dollars are good for.

I’ve pretty much given up on using this site. It seems to have a problem keeping the dates entered and the edits never work. Use the sites for their specific brands you’ll have better luck.

2/5Great programs, terrible customer service
The booking process is highly functional and the programs are great, but customer service is TERRIBLE and SLOW. So instead of 5-stars they get 2, sad.
