   We use this app to keep our family’s locations shared at all times, which gives us peace of mind. The alert options are quite detailed, though I’ve found the sensitivity isn’t as sharp as Life360. There’s also an Apple Watch app, but unfortunately it doesn’t seem to update locations in real time—I’m not sure why. One feature I really miss compared to Life360 is the ability to reconstruct even the smallest movements on a map. Geozilla doesn’t offer that, which is a bit of a letdown.

2. 1/5Not accurate, short trial window, no refunds

   After several emails back and forth with their support team, I’m told that Apple is the one who determines if refunds are given and not the GeoZilla support. I don’t think that’s true, so I stand by my initial review 😒 I installed this app end of April. Yes, it’s May now and a couple weeks past their short trial window (3 days). I purchased a one year premium subscription because they offered a discounted rate if I signed up right away. (Me=sucker) Yesterday, I went into the app to look at my trips. They were logging 20 minute trips at over 1000 miles. I immediately tried to contact them through their nifty online chat service, no one ever responded. I looked at all my trips and they did show location, but all indicated crazy high miles for the trips. Several, well over 1000 miles for a 20-25 minute trip (I am not flying in a rocket ship!) The interface and presentation is also very difficult and cluttered looking. I uninstalled the app, and requested a refund because no one would get back with me on how to solve my problems with the app. I was planning to use this app to communicate with my clients allowing them to track where I was and how far away I was from making their delivery to them. I cannot use an app with such ridiculously inaccurate information. Today I get a message back from the Apple App Store that my claim for a refund was rejected “not eligible for refund” was the reasoning. Again, no offer to help me with app issues or genuine concern from the app developers. So, I’d recommend NOT purchasing this app! They take your subscription money and leave you without any usable info or offer any help on why there are issues in app accuracy! Horrible experience!

3. 1/5Too much money when you’re poor or have no job

   And the advertisement it doesn’t say anything about having to pay for it. I thought maybe it was to keep an eye on your children that it would be free so I download it and I get you know a number in and then it says oh we want 1199 for a week and or you know like 5999 for the year unfortunately out of work due to medical problems and I can’t afford that and so I’m not gonna be able to use it and keep track of my children. I think it’s just sad that everything has to cost money or so much money just to be able to keep track of your children so Rich can keep track of her children or the middle class but the poor people can’t keep track of their children that there should be some sides that are free or at least lower price for people that don’t have any money, especially with Christmas coming up and everything so that’s why I rated it one star if I could’ve used the service, I would’ve rated it a higher rating sorry for the low but as I said if I could’ve used it most apps will give you at least seven to a week trial for free but not even that. Just see if it even works. Thank you Wendy.

   GeoZilla is extremely light weight and efficient at tracking your friends and families. I love how you can put your friends in circles of people and message them via the app. It is a fantastic app for staying connected with family and loved ones. The real-time location tracking is accurate, easy to use, and gives great peace of mind. The interface is clean, reliable, and makes coordination effortless. Highly recommended for family safety and everyday convenience!

5. 3/5Does not track everyone

   Got this app and paid for the year so that my husband and I could track his father who is having memory issues. It cannot get his accurate location because it says his phone is on battery save mode (it is NOT). Works perfectly fine for the other people we added to the family list (my daughter and brother in law) but the one person we need an accurate location on at all times is the one that has a delayed location and we can never trust that it is correct. Waste of $40
