   My bridge partner just changed to a new phone: from iPhone SE to iPhone 17e. She purchased her new phone at the APPLE STORE in the BREA MALL. When she requested to transfer the saved phone numbers in her old iPhone SE to the new iPhone 17e, they gave her hard time asking her where she purchase her old phone and when, etc… My friend is a retired professor from Cal State Fullerton. She is NOT dumb! The person who sold the iPhone 17 to Wendy, my bridge partner, adamantly stated he CANNOT transfer the phone numbers from her old iPhone to the new iPhone “BECAUSE” she could not remember when she purchased her old phone. She should have asked the “helper’s” name so that I could complain directly to the APPLE HQ! Wendy felt she was being mistreated because of her age (she is mid 80’s) and felt discouraged and sad… She had her old phone (iphone SE)for a long time . Now that she finally decided to upgrade to the newest model (iPhone 17e), the APPLE STORE “EXPERT”cannot transfer the saved phone number on the old iPhone to the newest model APPLE (iPhone 17e) that he just sold her AT THEIR STORE??????? What type of service are we expected to receive from the APPLE STORE in BREA MALL?

   I’ve been using Genspark to create user guides, and overall, I’m impressed with the quality of the output. The platform generates clean, polished, and visually professional documents that are well-structured and presentation-ready from a content perspective. It has significantly streamlined the drafting process and helped accelerate documentation efforts. That said, I’ve consistently experienced formatting issues when exporting files to Word or PDF. The exported documents often appear misaligned, with spacing, margins, or layout elements shifting from how they were originally designed. As a result, I end up spending additional time reformatting the document before it can be shared with stakeholders, which reduces some of the efficiency gains. I would strongly encourage the development team to prioritize improving export fidelity so that Word and PDF outputs maintain the original layout and formatting. Addressing this would greatly enhance usability and make the tool even more valuable for teams producing client-ready documentation.

   It does exactly what it says. I enjoy spending hours on this app, but A couple issues. Let’s stay with pros. The app itself is great. It can do exactly what I need and ask. There are some things that could be found free and combined here to save money. For example it’s says the chat is unlimited but I have plus subscription and it won’t reply when I ran out of coins. So it is not unlimited. Cons : One the payments. I was double charged, have a receipt thru Apple Pay. Didn’t receive any coins. Waiting for Apple support.. but if they can’t do anything it’s going to be last time I use this. There is also something it does where it will waste coins. I feel like it’s on purpose. Recreating failed attempts or even turning the description into some inappropriate and getting flagged. Causing it to charge multiple times instead of clarifying further. It doesn’t think hmm if I tried five times and failed maybe I should ask more questions before wasting money. You can tell it like I did to only try once. It’s just the fact of failed attempts still using coins. Also for example if you ask for five videos but only have enough for two, it’ll take the coins to start but won’t finish any because it trying to create five, instead of analyzing n not wasting two coins worth a project vs five projects of nothing. In final I really enjoy the app I just wish there was some type of.. better system with the coins and payments. Everyone knows AI isn’t perfect and it’s still early. Yet we are being charged as if it is. It’s basically cyberpunk , great potential but it isn’t finished or there yet. The first company to understand that, create a community and build together. Like I said.. two of something is better than five of nothing. I’d love to find my go to AI.. but The supply of ai generators is overflowing. This isn’t even an ai generator which could confuse people. Still I’d recommend to check what generators and AI’s would work best for your projects and start them there for free. That’s all this is.. which is why. 4/5

   Love it. The only thing is you have to go and look at your credits to see how many are used each time. One thing is I’m not for certain but when the prompt that is given does not come out correctly , say for an animation project and the ai says they followed your instructions correctly, the images do not match but the image description says what you wanted but clearly it’s not. So you have to ask it again to regenerate your prompt hoping it will get it right this time but it doesn’t, do I get charged additional credits for it having to redo the pending prompt when it’s costing more credits to keep getting your prompt wrong drained my credits.
