4/5Nice app but has long pending issues
Hi, I have been using gaana app for quite sometime and I used to love it. but for last few months it has been behaving strangely. It won't auto play the next song in an album, playlist etc. Even if I try to move to next track from my car's control it won't do so again this used to work fine before. Sometimes it doesn't even play anything if my phone locks it's screen. This is very annoying and makes the app unusable. I tried to change the auto play setting to enable but it goes back to disabled mode itself. I tried changing the music quality to medium or low but it sticks to HD. I heard from few other friends that they also face the same issue. Please help me fix this or else I will have to switch to some other app. Thanks, AKT

1/5Extremely Disappointed with Gaana App's Inefficiency
I recently had the unfortunate experience of using the Gaana app, and I must say, it was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing encounter. From the moment I installed the app, I encountered numerous issues that hindered my overall music streaming experience. First and foremost, the search option in Gaana app is abysmal. It simply does not deliver the results you're looking for. Whether I tried searching for popular songs, specific artists, or even genres, the app consistently failed to provide accurate and relevant results. It's incredibly frustrating when you have a particular song in mind, only to find that the search function is completely unreliable. Overall, I cannot recommend the Gaana app based on my experience. The poor search functionality & technical issues make it a highly frustrating and unreliable platform for music streaming. I strongly suggest exploring alternative music apps that prioritize user satisfaction and provide a seamless listening experience.

2/5Needs Lots Of Improvement
I’m a paid subscriber & First to start my review, I’m not sure if the developers of this app is thinking about where the future of this app is going for newer & upcoming devices 🤔. This app needs a lot of improvements ASAP. It would be also nice to see this app having both portrait & landscape mode but currently all I see is that it only has portrait mode which really is annoying to use on all newer mobile devices when BT Keyboard is attached. Developers, please think about all different ways & implement/integrate features to adjust automatically for newer & latest devices. Keep in mind we are heading drastically & fast into the future & you need to keep up with it. I feel that This feedback for improvement might be also ignored by you developers & or deleted. Additionally, nothing will probably be done about most feedbacks that other have given!!!

So, my mum has gaana and so do i but somethings not right. When i installed gaana i wanted to hear lemon tree, after sometime listening to songs it went to the one i dont like so i pressed another song but it only played for 2 seconds and it kept changing automatically, i tried to re-download it and only for a while it worked but it stopped so i didn’t use it. It was better for a while after some time when i left it but again it happened so please fix this glitch I really wanna hear music while playing roblox but it doesn’t work so please fix this no rush. And now i just i got and its nit working it keeps getting paused again so please fix. Thank you for reading.

This app is okay, but it has a lot of bugs. My app crashed and I haven’t been able to open it since. Sure, it’s a bug which was “fixed” but I got the update and it still didn’t work. I used to have Saavn, another music app before. I think I’ll stick to that. Also, gaana team: you need to add a better song collection. It’s very hard to access the songs you like compared to saavn. Saavn has them neat and organized to your preferences. Gaana is very unorganized. Right now, many people are getting gaana because you have to pay for saavn. But that doesn’t mean you lay back and laze around. Improve! Innovate! Interest people! At this rate, I’d rather pay at saavn. I think saavn will soon gain more people than you, if not already, if you don’t improve your app soon. But, no pressure😉. It doesn’t matter if your app fails and dies, even with all the advertisements raving about it.

very bad gaana app deducted my amount suddenly I was not aware about the subscription and renewal plan I just took rs 1 subscription but they deducted 800rs from my account suddenly this app is fraud don't download this app and now they are saying we do not give refund this app is fraud
