5/5Perfect app for consistency💯
Ive been on the hunt for a workout tracking app for years, and this is by far my favorite. I use it every single time i go to the gym, or even workout at home and the app makes it super fun to look through my history and share lifting buddies. You can tell that whoever developed the app actually workout themselves because they built every single feature i ever need and make it super easy to use/understand. After two and a half years of consistently lifting i started seeing plateaus in hypertrophy and size, but it wasnt until i realized that this was due to inconsistent progressive overload that i began using full fitness and things turned around. I’ve tried using google spreadsheets and writing my workout logs on paper but nothing compares to the ease of logging my workouts in this app. Im super impressed with full fitness and cannot recommend it enough I actually started out on the free version for my first 6 months, but have since upgraded and the personalized plan has become my all-time favorite workout. I do it every week now!! I would recommend at least trying the personalized plan but overall you dont need it to use the app productively and they have everything you need for free🙏

5/5Thank you 3.1!!!
I among most, if not all, of the loyal Full Fitness app users were undoubtedly frustrated and turned off by the long awaited rollout of the apps version 3.0 that came out in November 2016. The app got a nice facelift but the usability of it took a nose dive and it was very hard to navigate workout history, review most recent information and even having to enter all the info for a set for each and every set was frustrating. Well it looks like the developers received plenty of feedback from it (I myself wrote a somewhat lengthy review of it) and version 3.1 is in! I took it for a quick test drive this morning before work and everything I asked for to be corrected has been. The workout history is in chronological order, the most recent lifts are on the log entry page and your weight and rep input stays in for easy re-entry. I can't wait to get back in that gym for a full workout and have my trusted, beloved and easy to use app back. Thank you to the developers for quickly correcting these major issue for the users.

5/5Straight Forward and Useable
No subscription fees! Just a one-time purchase! Thank you for not trying to manipulate and milk our wallets, Full Fitness! That detail alone makes this app more valuable than the rest of the fitness apps. As nothing more than a learning tool, this app exceeds what I was expecting. This app has been an excellent resource for me to study prior to the gym. Additionally, the categorical hierarchies help me to compile workouts that are tailored for me with enough guidance that I am not lost in an overwhelming see of options. I favor dumbbell and/or body weight exercises, so you could argue that I’m only using this app to about 28% of its potential utility, yet even with that narrow of a focus, the app is certainly worth it. This app is even useful during my workout. Some exercise apps are too interactive and inadvertently interrupt your workout. The instructional videos are succinct while sufficiently didactic whenever the pictographs aren’t quiet adequate. Logging my sets/reps is quick and easy between exercises, and the green checkmark next to each logged exercise provides a nice and encouraging touch that helps a training session feel even more like a game. For the sake of having a training aid, this app gets my highest recommendation. If I were to choose one other app that comes in second, it would be the Starting Strength app from Mark Rippetoe. No other apps make the list, there is no third place. Download Full Fitness, then check out Starting Strength. They’re both winners, but Full Fitness is my favorite.

2/5Great, but buggy
I like this app a lot, but I have a few major gripes with it. Firstly, during a workout, it constantly gets confused which exercise I'm doing. Looking at the history, it always shows the history for the next exercise in the workout. Swiping back & forth & it will show the correct history. Same with viewing exercise statistics. Also, statistics starts off sorting exercise dates by the day of the month ONLY, so the trend line is way way out of wack. Changing the visible data points will sometimes get it to sort by month then day, but not always. The navigation is also pretty cumbersome. If you have to do an alternate exercise for whatever reason, theres no quick & easy way to do it - you have to navigate away from your workout & find the thing you want, then go back & resume your exercise. It has also been over a year since the developer has published an update. Might want to explore other options before spending money on an abandoned project.

1/5Violation of App Store developer rules?
Myself, along with the dozens of other reviewers , were shocked to find that after we hit the update icon, all of our data that we have had for 8 years was completely wiped out. There was no warning by the new developer that our data was going to be removed. There was no warning in the app or on the App Store that now there's an app purchase subscription requirement as well before our data was removed . This clearly was not a "bug" . I purchased this app eight years ago and have been a loyal user since that time. I Understand that there may be a new business model, but at least show the gratitude for your loyal supporters who have gave you excellent reviews many years ago. It was our reviews that made it a better proposition for your purchase of this app from the original developer . The fact that you disregarded your loyal branding shows the pure greed of Fuminaire holdings. I'm quite sure that deleting the user's data including custom workout and YEARS of logs would not be looked upon favorably by Apple under review. I hope Apple removes this developer completely from the App Store due to blatant disregard of the user's data rights. If the TERMS OF SERVICE changed when the new owner /"developer" took over , they had the lack of any moral compass by avoiding disclosing any change in the TOS to any of its customers ----including DELETING all customer data with warning or the ability to recover or backup.

Thanks for making Full Fitness the top selling fitness app on both the iPad and iPhone devices! We have a big update ready for everyone! First off, you may notice that we are in the transition of changing our name to Full Fitness. A rather large American corporation has claimed they have the trademark to "iFitness" and while it is baseless, as a small development team, we do not have the money to fight it. As a result, we have been forced to transition to the name Full Fitness. Your app purchase stays the same though, and you can continue to get free updates! On that note, here is what is new with this update: - new workout sharing tool to share workouts between other users (find it under the MORE tab) - two new routines (skiing and cycling) - "Total Weight" as a statistic is now logged for exercises - improved rest timer for easier input (we know of the misspelling in the app - sorry) - fixed occasional crashes on workout builder - fixed images appearing too large in PDF export - other performance and stability improvements Again, thank you for your continued support! As always, we appreciate any reviews on iTunes.

Thanks to all of our users for making Full Fitness (formally known as iFitness Pro) the #1 selling fitness app on both the iPhone and iPad devices! This update basically patches some problems found after our most recent update: - performance improvements - fixed bug with sharing workouts - fixed spelling mistakes with the timer - other bug fixes We are working hard to make the app even better. We have a very large content update planned for later this month. As always, we greatly appreciate your iTunes reviews - thank you!

1.8
As always, thank you for making Full Fitness the top selling fitness application for both the iPhone and iPad devices worldwide! This update brings the following: - 26 new exercises and stretches for the exercise bank - 42 new videos for existing and newly added exercises - fixed an unfortunate bug that prevented the emailing of exercise logs Thanks again for your wonderful support! We appreciate every and all iTunes reviews and encourage you to email us with any suggestions. We should have another wonderful update in the coming weeks.

This is a quick update to introduce three new routines: - one workout for bodyweight training that requires no equipment, and two sport-related programs (rugby and surfing) In addition, we have fixed the exercise videos so that they now run in landscape and do not interrupt your music/audio. Several bug fixes as well. Our next update is going to introduce new languages for our international customers, but following that, we have some great new features to release. They are all based on recommendations we receive from you. Thanks. We would *really* appreciate any reviews you can leave on iTunes - it helps us more than you would imagine. Even if you update an old review, we would very much appreciate it. Thanks everyone.

2.0
For our international customers, we have added multiple language support! For the time being, Full Fitness now supports French, German and Spanish. In the future, we will gradually add additional languages. The exercise descriptions have NOT been translated. There is simply too much text to be financially viable. Further, our research shows that most people use the images and videos to guide them. We read every review and email we receive and take all suggestions into consideration. Thanks again for the positive reviews! The next update will introduce some much need feature updates.

2.1
Thank you for making us the #1 selling fitness application for the iPhone! This month's update includes: - Italian and Swedish language support - found and fixed a bug that resulted in rounding errors on graphed data - fixed aesthetics of app when viewed under different languages - Currently, when you go to log an exercise, the fields are pre-filled with the weight and reps you did on your last recorded date. Now, when you go to log an exercise, the right hand side will show your previous workout information if it exists. As always, we always welcome your suggestions! If you have a moment to spare, we would love a review on iTunes as well. Even if you update an old review, it really helps us get the word out about our app and helps to encourage us. Thanks.

2.2
We are working on a massive update involving new exercises, routines and some clever features ... but this update doesn't include it. Because iOS 7 is being released next week, this update is just to ensure the app keeps working until we have the large update done. PLEASE - leave us a review on iTunes! Even if you have an old review, we would appreciate an update. Positive word of mouth really encourages us in delivering these free updates. Thanks again!

3.0
Full Fitness version 3.0 is finally out! Why the very long delay? We are a team of only two developers, who made this app back when the AppStore opened because we were passionate about fitness. Without going into much detail, one of us was diagnosed with a serious health condition a few years back, and it has been a struggle over the past few years to work on this app. It’s hard to work on a passion project when your health is on the line. Version 3.0 is out because, thankfully, those days are behind us! We want to thank the millions that still use Full Fitness as their fitness app of choice. It means a lot to us that you stuck with us. With version 3.0, we realized the app needs an overhaul. We put aside all of the new content we were working on and decided to first get our house in order. The previous version of the app was made for iOS 7! Unfortunately, the code was so old, it made more sense to write the app up from scratch. That’s the other reason for why this app has been so long delayed. Listing all of the new things in this version would be too long. We have worked tirelessly on this for over 9 months and we hope you like it. We understand that with any major overhaul, there are things some people may not like, so PLEASE, email us at [email protected]! We are going back to regular updates and want to start adding content, and support for devices like Apple Watch. If you like what we have done, please leave us a review! Thanks again for understanding.

This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included. With this update, we have fixed the most common bugs that have been reported to us at [email protected]. With the complete overhaul of the app in version 3.0, we expected that not everything would go smoothly - hopefully this addresses the issues many of you had. If something remains unresolved, please email us and let us know. We read everything, but because of the huge influx, we haven't had a chance to respond to all of them yet. Just to remind our dedicated users - this is a passion project done by two developers. We never charge for updates or have in-app purchases. Your one time payment has kept this app running for over 5 years! Please help us out by leaving a new positive review, or updating an old review. It really helps us in keeping Full Fitness the leading fitness app on the AppStore. Thank you.
