1. 3/5Super glitchy and super disappointing

   3 stars because the selection of shows are decent and they have a good on demand selection as well. However, actually using the app is so frustrating sometimes I just have to use a different service because the fubo app is so glitchy. I really don’t know why I’m paying to watch 14 ads in a row… 7 when I open the show on the app on my phone, and another 7 when I cast it to my tv even if the ads finished on my phone. That’s roughly 5-6 minutes of ads for barely the same amount of show time…. Let’s not forget how the app loves to restart at a random point in the show you’re watching if you shut your phone off and then reopen it with the app still displayed. It just starts playing wherever it left off when you shut your phone off even though you’re mid episode. Here’s the kicker, not only does it restart your show but you get to watch a whole new set of 7 ads or whatever the equivalent to 3 minutes of crap is. They also don’t regulate their ad volume so random ads will just start blaring volume on your tv despite having the volume intentionally low. The ad companies do it to get your attention, and Fubo allows it. I think that’s probably the most annoying part.. having to constantly have the controller in my hand to lower the volume when an unreasonably loud ad comes on and turn it way back up when the show comes on (for a whole 2 minutes before another set of ads). It feels more like I’m paying to watch an ad service with a couple minutes of my show here and there. Super super disappointing… at least cable and satellite don’t restart your show and ads… and we all know this company makes more than enough money to hire people who can fix these problems… so why aren’t you fixing them?

2. 1/5SCAM!

   I needed a tv service other than cable and saw that this one had a free trial so I thought I would give this one a try. During my first attempt to watch something it froze on me about 30 times and one time for about 15 minutes. I was on WiFi that’s pushed online gaming daily with no issues. So I tried to cancel my trial but their systems were down. Attempted 4 different times to cancel this with no luck. I finally sent an email asking them to cancel it and they said there’s a problem with my account and please call them. By the time I got the email response they had already charged my account. Convenient right? So finally they agreed to cancel my subscription at the end of the current 30 days they charged me for but not refund me for the charges that came AFTER multiple attempts to cancel but their system not allowing it AND emails asking them to do so. A couple weeks later I wanted to watch a football game so I figured heck since I was charged for it why not use it to at least watch this game. After multiple times of it freezing and buffering and a few that were so bad I had to completely back out of the app and restart everything(and once where nothing worked to get the game to stream for over 20 minutes) I finally gave up. Well what would top off the perfect scam? Just over 3 weeks after promising that my subscription was cancelled and I would not be charged again….I got charged again!!! Save your time and money and look elsewhere

3. 1/5Horrible Update?

   I just tried another streaming app for a couple of weeks, and left it because of the horrible UI. After leaving them some feedback, I pulled up my fubo app to find that it automatically updated, and fubo appears to now be trying to emulate the horrible UI on the other app. Luckily, only one of my Apple TVs has updated, so the others are useable, so far. (I tried to chat with them to discuss, but their chat service was only offering automated guesses to solve my problem.) I hope fubo will pull the new update and return to the one that is easier to use. I haven’t spent hours trying to get familiar with the new interface. Perhaps it has some advantages, but here are just a couple of examples of changes to (removal of) things that previously impressed me and kept me with fubo: the pulldown screen (while watching a show) that gives you quick, easy access to things like Record, Watch in Multiview, Play from Start, etc., is gone (the pull-down seems to now be the same as the pull-up screen…. Why???); also, when trying to jump forward, it uses 15 (vs10) sec increments, and no longer shows the video frames to show where you are in the video. The new version does show you the amount of time you are forwarding, which could be very helpful if you have already watched the show, and know how many seconds/minutes you want to forward. I hope fubo will go back to adding capabilities rather than removing the really good ones.

4. 1/5Shady and is scheming customers!

   I am disgusted to say the least. Beginning this week I start to receive a RIDICULOUS amount of notifications informing me that too many devices were streaming. I contacted my family to make sure they didn’t give out the password, reset the password which didn’t even help bc once you reset it, FuboTV doesn’t even kick you out to force you to use the new password (makes no sense). After searching online and waiting for customer service for over 45 mins (many people were experiencing the same issue), I found out they they had switched their packages and are now forcing us to use only ONE TV. I am paying for three devices and now can only use ONE tv but no issue with phones/laptop/tablet. When I asked why customers weren’t notified prior to the change they had no words for me. They tried to bs me by saying that this change is to protect us from suspicious logins however it’s funny how they only focused on the Tv access but not the phone/laptop access which is what gets hacked the most. This is just a way for them the try to force people into getting separate accounts so we can so watch on tv and making more profit. ALL WHILE HIDING IT FROM US! Trying to cheat us of our money because sadly some people will not even realize since they kept it to themselves until people started blowing up their phone line. I will be leaving FuboTV ASAP, I will not give my money to a business that acts so shady. If anything I expect to get my last payment back! 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

   After dealing with cable and everything like them for years we switched away and did streaming only. We couldn’t find a could sports streaming company and then we got recommended Fubo. They had basically most anything for sports and they have Altitude!! Was so excited. Try to get the free trial setup so I can subscribe. Says my card declined. Checked my account and I’m good. I tried again. Same thing. This time I try 2 other cards. Declined. I call my primary and I understand that a security alert will trigger a hold and need verification. I’m talking with my bank, there wasn’t any transaction sent. I check about the security, fubo isn’t an issue. I ask to make sure, no transaction was ever sent, even with testing on the phone. I call the other accounts. Same exact thing. So I decide to call fubo. First problem, not only do I get rerouted and such many times, they have an automated system that says if a declined comes up and you checked with you Bank, you can’t get a subscription. When I finally get ahold of someone and explain the depth I’m going to get an account, they were short and said I can’t have an account. I sent an email, same kind of reply. So I dig some more. It’s in multiple forums. Their site has it as a page, the call number has it all over different options. Their own system blocks people for reasons that can’t be explained by the banks. I don’t know when I’ve tried harder to give money away. Terrible customer service. They come highly recommended but know they have an issue with people getting blocked. Hope it works out for others. Don’t bother with support.
