Since they launch this digital edition app, my account tells me I don’t have a subscription even though I do have one and it has some time before it expires. I have tried the online chat and that was a waste of time. Have sent an email to customer service and no response. Very disappointed in the financial times.",

Both domestically within the USA and abroad, the app struggles with unfamiliar IP addresses and refuses to deliver content, sending the User on a maddening loop of misfired sign-ins. Domestically this sometimes resolves itself, internationally it never does, including when support is involved. Newspaper without peers. App second to nearly all.",

"body": "I prefer the digital edition that mimics a printed physical copy. WSJ, Barron’s, Economist are all subpar when compared to the FT’s app. This app feels smooth, savvy and just clean. Many other apps seem to lag when I flip through the pages or just don’t have such a streamlined interface. So for me this would be a 5 star app!",
